“Kristina took wonderful care of our dog while we were away! Her communication is top notch and she was so accommodating and professional. Our pup returned happy, relaxed, exercised, and even smelling good 😊 We will definitely book with Kristina again!”

“We loved every bit about our experience with Debra! As a first time Rover user, we wanted to find a host locally that our Molly would love… and Debra nailed it! I’m pretty sure Molly didn’t want to leave! Long walks, daily photo and video sessions, positive open communication, snuggles! We scheduled a pre-visit to get acquainted and I was so thankful we did because it made the whole experience so much less stressful. We will definitely use Debra for our next Rover stay!”

“Samantha is a wonderful and sweet person who took great care of Milo! She was super understanding about Milo’s reactivity towards other dogs/people and sent lots of pics every day ☺️ She’s a great communicator and I will definitely be booking with her again!”

“David & Betty did a wonderful job with Milo. This was Milo’s first time with a sitter and they made me feel at ease the whole time knowing Milo was in great hands. I got frequent updates throughout his stay and I could tell he was very happy at his mini vacation!”
“It was my first time using Rover, and I could tell my dog enjoyed staying with Chuk. She sent daily updates and was responsive to all my questions. I had to drop my dog off early in the morning and pick her up late at night, which can be challenging, but she was incredibly flexible with the timing. Thank you so much!”

“Millie had an absolute blast here! Great dog run outside and indoor sleeping area. Alex also took quite a bit of photos and was a great, prompt communicator”

“Brandon went above and beyond as a sitter for my pup. He was extremely communicative about how my pup was doing during his stay. Bz (my pup) made fast friends with Loona and got along great with the other pups in a house as well. Bz got his nails rounded, only after checking in with me, he even got a bath with the other pup. I will definitely be returning to Brandon when I am looking for a sitter to watch Bz. If you are looking for someone to truly care and love you dog while you are away I cannot recommend Brandon enough.”

“Daniel and Joelle are absolutely amazing. We were in a very hard situation with our aggressive dog. He has a hard time trusting new people, but Daniel and Joelle did everything in their power to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. They separated an area just for him, and put so much time and effort into Kairo. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Daniel, Joelle and to their children for accepting our baby last minute and giving him a chance. It means the world to us, and was the best birthday present anyone could have given me!!”

“We had an amazing experience with Leslie. She is so professional and caring. She treated our pup like her own by spoiling him with car rides to the park, walks, treats, and toys. She kept us updated with pictures and videos. We felt confident he was receiving attention and care while we were away on vacation for a week. We cannot recommend Leslie enough!!”

“Ashley was awesome! I had major oral surgery and needed him cared for so I could heal without having to worry about my dogs care and she took such good care of my migi and sent me lots of updates and photos in the 6 nights she had him. She was very accommodating as well when we needed to change or do things differently in migi’s favor. Will def book her again in the future! Highly recommend 10/10.”

“Daisha and her husband were amazing!! My dog Xena does best in a household where she is the only dog and I’m so glad we found Daisha! We did a first introduction about a week or two before the dates booked so they could meet and get familiar with each other which went well. While Xena was boarded they sent pictures and updates at least once a day explaining how she was doing and adjusting. Thankfully Xena was comfortable and there were no problems but I’m certain if there was, we would be able to find a solution. Overall I am extremely happy I booked with Daisha and her husband and would definitely book again!!”
“Left our dog with Erica for a week and she was awesome. Had really great, caring questions for us prior to the stay that made it clear she really cares about the dogs she watches. Got daily updates with photos, would definitively have her watch our pup again.”

“Tamar is an awesome sitter for our dogs and they always have a great time while staying with her. She is great at communicating and was very accommodating for drop off and pick up. Also the location is super convenient for the airport!”

“I could spend hours talking about how great Shannon and Bert are. For the sake of simplicity, I will say that whenever I have needed a sitter for my Oreo, she has been the first person I check with. I always felt that Oreo was an honorary member of their family and I could see the love they had for my boy. Always updated with absolutely gorgeous pictures of Oreo out on adventures and made him feel at home. I can’t recommend Shannon highly enough!”

“We always appreciate Sourabh going the extra mile taking care of our girl Haru. We are always delighted to see all the pictures and videos sent of our girl playing or walking with Bonnie and Pumpkin. We will be booking again in the future.”

“Our dog Fiona LOVES Rosa! She comes back from Rosa’s house consistently jumping less, well exercised and loved. She is always excited to spend time with Rosa. Rosa is also excellent at communicating with my husband and I about Fiona and she sends photos and videos. We cannot speak highly enough about Rosa and the amazing care she gives dogs!”

“I strongly recommend Cyndi! I had a last-minute cancellation by another ROVER sitter, and found Cyndi who was willing to watch my dog for a week with very little notice. She took wonderful care of Jax and treated him like her own. Cyndi kept me updated by sending me photos. I knew my dog was in great hands.”

“Eileen was phenomenal! Worked with us as a last minute Christmas Day drop in. Was super patient with my kitties, especially the most skittish. Would definitely book again!”

“Shelli was fantastic! We booked her kind of last minute and our regular rover wasn't available. She was wonderful with our pup and he was very well taken care of by her. We will definitely use her again.”

About: I've dog sat for friends and family for years, walking feeding, and accompanying their pets! I have also worked professionally with dogs at a dog daycare at their big dog locations and small dog and puppies' location. I'm currently working part time, so I have a relatively flexible schedule during the week. I am always available for overnight boarding or check ins. I have my own big dog, so I am comfortable working with big dogs. I am committed to the well-being of your pet and value transparent communication with pet owners.
“I was so relieved to find Larcy with Rover to take care of our 2 cats while we had to travel out of state for a funeral. We felt immediately comfortable with her with the meet n greet. She was kind, attentive to detail, trustworthy and our cats immediately came up to her. It can be a challenge to find someone but she made it easy and I didn’t worry about our cats at all. I would definitely recommend her and will definitely use her again. She’s the best😁”

About: I work at a grooming salon so I get to care and handle animals every day, I also have animals of my own at home. I am very patient and caring and will love and care for your animal as if it is my own! I take care of pets everyday as in my own and also at the grooming salon I work at. I am always playing with my cats and get them to exercise on their wheel! I also bath dogs and cats daily and be able to hangout and take care of them! I will follow rules given and will care for your pet as if it is my own. I will be very aware of things going on around your animal and always give them my 110%!
About: I've grown up with pets my entire life, having a cat until I was 17 and helping out with dog sitting and walking for family friends. I've worked primarily with mid sized dogs, but have experience being around breeds like Great Danes and love little dogs as well! I'm currently unemployed but job searching, but that means I will have plenty of time to give lots of attention to any especially needy dogs! I have a fenced backyard with one dog. She's only 3 years old and is a rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback. She's a bit anxious at first when meeting new faces, but she loves most other dogs and will likely be very excited for a new friend! If needed for your pets nerves or your concerns I can keep them gated off from each other.

About: One of the cats I cared for was initially very reserved and preferred to keep their distance. Rather than forcing interaction, I let them set the pace. By the end of the stay, they were greeting me at the door and curling up beside me in the evenings. Moments like that remind me that earning an animal's trust is one of the most rewarding parts of pet sitting.
“Nicole was awesome in every aspect! She came over to meet our cat prior to the scheduled visits to make sure they were ok with each other. Nicole followed every instruction perfectly and was very communicative when things came up with our cat. Extremely grateful to have her care for our cat while we were away on holiday.”

“John was amazing taking care of my cat! I had a last minute need and man did John fill that need and more. His updates were great and made me super comfortable having her being taken care of by him. Would 100% book again”

About: I grew up with dogs & cats my whole life, and was the kid pet sitter of our neighborhood. Now I have my own dog and bought a whole entire house by myself just so he could have a big fenced yard. He is high energy, high maintenance, anxious, quirky and yet very wonderful dog, I would die for him. That’s all important for other pet parents to know so they can trust I fully understand how much they also love their babies. I also understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with basically strangers, and how awful it feels when a rover sitting goes south. But I also known what it’s like to have found a beloved, treasure of a regular pet sitter. I’d love to be able to be that for someone myself, or even just a safe backup option to have on speed dial with your regular sitter is unavailable. I currently work a full time in office job. I do have some remote flexibility for some occasions. My in office hours are also somewhat flexible, I normally am in the office between 9-5, but have some freedom to step out for appts or pet care mid day and return to the office. The time I need to be in the office in the morning & leave in the evenings is also somewhat flexible. But outside of work, I have an open schedule for watching pets. I am able to stay home all evening after work and all day on the weekends. I would prefer to watch/board dogs at my own home because I have my own dog to care for. But rest assured, he is a very friendly and submissive or else purely indifferent with other dogs. I have a fully fenced, secure, 8ft wood privacy fenced large yard. So your dog will also be able to run, enjoy & play with my dog in the yard. If the idea of another dog in the home worries you, I can assure you that your dog will be absolutely safe with my dog, as I worry about his safety just as much in the presence of other dogs. They would never be left alone together unsupervised. If they are playing in the yard, I will be out there with them. If I need to step out of the house for awhile, they will be left in separate areas of the house, unable to access the other. Pet parents can trust I will not take on more than I can handle, and I will be up front with anyone if I don’t feel I can handle their pets for whatever reason. The safety of my dog, myself, and other animals is my main priority.
About: I have grown up with dogs in the family my whole life of all sizes and breeds. I currently have a small Yorkie who I’ve had since she was 8 weeks old. I’ve always pet-sat and cared for friends dogs over the years as well. I am currently on maternity leave from my job as a flight attendant so I have plenty time for walks and drop-ins to make sure your pet is taken care of. I am currently available weekdays and most weekends! I take my Yorkie, Lulu, on walks most days. I truly enjoy it and look forward to doing the same for your fur baby! Whether they need a brisk walk or just a stroll through the neighborhood, I tailor the walk to your dog’s needs.
About: I’ve had a lot of exposure to animals from a young age, mainly with dogs of all ages and temperaments, but I have cared for exotic animals and understand how important their needs all are. I work totally on my own schedule as I want but don’t have a strict schedule, making it easier to take care of animals. My schedule is not set in any way. Typically I care for them based on the the request on the owner within reason, but I tend to give them as much attention and love as they need. I want them to feel loved. For visits and walks I try to be encouraging and go at the animal’s pace.
About: I have an uncanny knack with our furry friends. It has to be something innate within ourselves to provide such everlasting love and care. In reciprocity, our best friends provide the exact same love and care. My schedule is pretty flexible as of now. Which means I can spend awesome quality time with your best furry pals! I am always in communication with clients if my schedule or ya'll schedule changes suddenly. Taking care of your beloved pets is on a client to client basis until we get to know each other, the human let's me know all of the quirks or lack there of.
“Cyndi was wonderful! I’m always nervous leaving our girls so I really appreciate her being so consistent and communicating while we were gone. She really went above and beyond for us and I can’t recommend her enough! We will 100% be rebooking her for all of our future trips.”

“Joley was wonderful with our two cats while we were away. She provided thoughtful updates and sent pictures. We arrived home to two happy, healthy cats. Would rebook with Joley for future trips!”

“Laura is very reliable, thorough and professional! She’s a great communicator. One of my cats needs daily medications and I trust Laura to handle it perfectly. Highly recommend!”

“I felt great leaving my four cats in Mary’s care. I got plenty of updates and pictures- but truly she is such a pro that I didn’t feel like I had to stress too much and that freedom is priceless when you’re trying to travel while leaving your beloved pets at home. My home was spotless when I returned and all the kitties were happy and feeling great! I will definitely be recommending to anyone needing a pet sitter.”

“Kristina is an amazing furbaby sitter, and we are so grateful for the care and attention she gives to Enzo every time he stays with her. Enzo is a regular with Kristina, which says a lot about the trust and comfort we feel leaving him in her care. She is dependable, kind, and truly treats him like family. We always appreciate the updates, love, and patience she gives him, and it gives us peace of mind knowing he is safe, happy, and well cared for. Enzo always comes home relaxed and happy, and we highly recommend Kristina to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter! 🐾”

“Shannon is a wonderful dog sitter. She’s quick to respond and was able to accommodate my unusual schedule. My dog was happy when I picked him up and I have no doubt that Shannon took wonderful care”

About: We had our first crazy dog for 11 years. We've had our current old dog for one year, and have learned to guide him around through his failing eyesight. We will have the support and advice of one family member who has been petsitting for six years. I stay at home full-time. There are usually two to four people at home at any time. Our own dog is never alone. I am available for boarding any time, and having another dog or two occasionally will be a treat for all of us. We have a yard, but no fence, so we always use leashes when going outside. We have stairs that dogs will need to navigate. The light in the staircase is always on. We have an older dog of our own who cannot see well but loves other people and other dogs. He especially likes little dogs, but occasionally objects if they get too close too fast because he cannot see them coming. We have experience giving pills, eye drops, and ear drops.
“Zee was amazing with Gypsy. She was quick to answer and provided us with updates on her day. Was nervous about leaving Gypsy as she’s only stayed with family and is a very anxious dog but Zee put all the worries to rest and made not only Gypsy comfortable but me as well. Thank you again Zee! You’ll be seeing us more often ?”

“Brandon was easy-going, very responsive and took wonderful care of my large and super-active Lab! He sent me nice photos during the day and Atlas was tired and happy when I picked him up. I'd definitely go to Brandon again when in the Seattle area.”

About: Thank you for considering me. $20 discount for 1st time Rover clients! Please ask me for the promo code before booking with me. I have taken care of rescue and shelter dogs for the past 5 years. I have fostered many dogs with my wife and helped them find forever homes. Enjoy your trip and holiday while your fur baby enjoys a staycation with us. You will never be charged for a late checkout if flight is delayed or due to any other reason. I watch your pup closely through out the day and will send pics/videos to keep you updated. I have a fenced yard. I prefer a meet and greet session with my dog before finalizing the booking so that your pup gets familiar with me and my dog. I consider dogs as family and take care of them as my own. They are not allowed on sofa and beds and inside the kitchen. I walk the dogs twice a day with yard time at regular intervals depending on the weather. We avoid dog parks for our rover dogs. The daily hygiene routine of the dogs includes cleaning of eyes, paws, sanitary areas. If at any time, your pup gets sick, I will notify you and also connect with Rover vet. I can provide the pup with rice and boiled chicken in case of upset tummy. I can provide medication to your pup as and when required. Please make sure the meds are marked and labeled. I can provide with crate, blanket, bowls if necessary. I recommend providing big water bowls for larger dogs as I only small ones. Let me know about the commands or tricks your dog understands and the boundaries practiced at home so that we can do the same. My wife and I are currently working from home full-time. I will be attending to the dog full time and will be available to take for walks, potty breaks, and playtime. I have a fenced yard with outdoor camera. We have two fur babies currently staying with us now. We have crates to crate train the pup. On walks, the pup will always be on a harness with a leash.
“Jennifer was a lifesaver. My regular pet sitter cancelled on me last minute a couple hours before I was scheduled to be at work. I had to scramble to find another pet sitter on Rover. Jennifer responded quickly and was so accommodating. She had a scheduled doctor appointment that she went to early so she could take care of my dog. She even offered to pick up my dog for me to save me a trip since her house was in the opposite direction of where I work. It was stressful having to find a sitter for my dog last minute but Jennifer took great care of my dog. She sent photo updates and messages throughout the day letting me know how my fur baby was doing. I would 100% recommend Jennifer's services to anyone looking for an accommodating and caring pet sitter”

“Gino is awesome! He's incredibly reliable and our dog, Brandi, absolutely adores him. Gino goes above and beyond to ensure that Brandi is happy, healthy, and well-loved while we're away. His communication is top-notch, and we always feel at ease knowing our pup is in his capable hands. His responsiveness is unmatched and I enjoy his updates of photos and videos that he sends throughout the day.”

“Kimee is just the best!! She's been a reliable go-to sitter for me and my fiancé for multiple stays now. Her flexibility and willingness to help out especially stands out. Sometimes we procrastinate getting everything in order with our pets before travel, but Kimee jumps at the chance to care for our rambunctious chocolate lab pup. Our fur baby completed her first boarding stay with Kimee and her two little dogs, and it sounds like they had a fantastic sleepover party. Thank you Kimee for always having our back whenever you're available. Us and Zulu are big fans!!”

“She did an amazing job with our dog! She was very flexible and able to take him on last minute. She kept us updated on how he was doing and very responsive to us through his time there. If we lived locally, we definitely would be back.”

“Francena is a loving, caring, and knowledgeable provider! She treats my senior Bichon like her own. She took prompt care of him when he was anxious (which he always is now that he is senior). She kept me posted and was very patient with his senior habits! She really knows dogs with all her experience in showing, breeding, grooming, and vet industries. I'm so happy to have found her!❤️”

About: I've taken care of dogs throughout my entire life, and was active in training my border collie/lab mix Akila in my young adulthood. I have a warm and gentle spirit that tends to put all animals (humans included!) at ease in my presence. I have worked with untrained young dogs, puppies, and I love a challenge! I am currently working a very flexible schedule, so I will be prioritizing bookings from Rover as much as possible! I'm excited to gain more experience with lots of different dogs, as I'm looking to adopt myself. I wasn't allowed to have a dog in past housing, so I'm very enthusiastic about lots of pup time. I do not have a house that is available to take more dogs in for care, so I will only be doing drop-ins, walks, and house-sitting at this time. This may change in the future. In a client's home, I have years of experience house-sitting, babysitting, and I prioritize client's routines and wishes above all else. My desire is to provide a stress-free, pleasant experience for the dogs, so that they are happy and healthy when their parents come home to them!

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to Luna, my sweet 7-year-old Labradoodle. Before Luna, I had two Golden Retrievers in my 20s—so I’ve been surrounded by wagging tails and furry companionship most of my adult life. I work from home, which means I’m around for plenty of walks, belly rubs, and one-on-one attention. Whether it’s a casual stroll or some active playtime, I truly enjoy caring for dogs and making sure they feel loved, safe, and at home. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—I work from home, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Walks are built into my schedule (they’re just as good for me as they are for the dogs!), and I love starting and ending the day with some fresh air and tail wags. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, cuddles, or bathroom breaks, I’m home and available to make sure your pet feels safe, seen, and well cared for. Please note: My condo HOA has breed restrictions in place, so I’m unable to host certain types of dogs. If you’re unsure whether your pup fits within those guidelines, feel free to reach out—I'm happy to chat and help clarify. I’m also happy to care for two dogs from the same household, as long as they’re well-socialized and comfortable in a home environment. My priority is to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. At my home, pets get plenty of supervised attention throughout the day, regular potty breaks, and playtime—with cozy spots to relax and my friendly Labradoodle Luna as a companion (if they’re okay with other dogs).I always aim to stick to your pet’s usual routine to keep them stress-free.

I am retired so my schedule is wide open! I have plenty of time to spend focusing on the fur babies that are in front of me. I live in a condo on the beach so we have all day to run around and play in the sea and sand or walk down and look at the boats at the marina

“Lindsey has watched Wally since he was a puppy. She is very trustworthy, reliable, and very knowledgeable on how to take care of dogs! You can just tell she loves dogs, and dogs love her. She has stayed at my house while I've been traveling and I have no doubt that my dog is taken care of, makes traveling very stress free not worrying if your pet is getting proper care or not. I would highly recommend Lindsey for anyone looking for their dog's needs!! She's the best!”

About: Holiday Update: I will be out of town for Thanksgiving but am available the entire month of December. Availability: I do work a full-time job and have a toddler so flexibility works best with my schedule. My work schedule is super flexible so I am available anytime of day (depending on the day) and the more notice the better so I can block out my calendar! I mostly sit for cats as having a flexible drop-in window is best. I love animals! I have had pets nearly my whole life. I started pet sitting when I was very young and had dreams of becoming a veterinarian. I unfortunately can't handle blood so I was unable to live out that dream. :) I had a cat named Clyde that I's had for about 11 years who passed away May 2023 after battling kidney disease and lymphoma for several years. Because of his health issues I am experienced in giving medications (pill and liquid), cleaning out his ears, and even administering an IV drip every other day. I have also administered medications to many other cats and have had no issues. Call me the kitty whisperer! 😊 I also have a lot of experience working with dogs of all sizes on training, feeding, walking, etc. I understand our fur babies are our children and will treat your animals with the utmost care and respect as I would expect the same care to be given to my animal. I am looking forward to caring for your baby! I also have experience caring for other animals such as small rodents (gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, sugar gliders, hamsters), chickens, reptiles, and fish. I am happy to feed your other animals too! I also an happy to do other household help while you are away like bringing in the mail and packages, watering plants, etc. New to Rover? I am available on weekends and holidays all day. I can visit your home multiple times per day if needed. I am available for the following 2023 holidays: Labor Day Weekend Veteran’s Day Weekend Christmas time/New Years I always want to make sure you and your animal feel comfortable with me. I always schedule a free meet and greet with new clients to get acquainted with you and your animal so you feel comfortable with me being in your home. I would like specific instructions on anything about your pet that I may need to be aware of. For example, if there are things I can do to make your animal feel more comfortable when I enter and leave, need to check litter box for poops for constipated cats, etc.

“Samantha is a wonderful and sweet person who took great care of Milo! She was super understanding about Milo’s reactivity towards other dogs/people and sent lots of pics every day ☺️ She’s a great communicator and I will definitely be booking with her again!”

“I highly recommend Molly for dog sitting in her home. She did everything possible to ensure my anxious Chihuahua was happy and comfortable. He ended up having a great time! We will definitely book with her again.”

“I can tell that Onyx had an amazing time with Ricardo and his wife. He had other friends to play with and they told me that he loved a ball that he was playing with. I am so happy that I found Ricardo for Onyx. I feel so at peace with leaving my pup with him.”

“Booking with Dane was very easy. He responded quickly and drop-off and pick-up were very smooth. Our flight got in late and he and his wife were very flexible with us. Boomer looked like he had a great time and has done nothing but sleep since getting home. I think he was worn out from all his fun! He even came back to us smelling great so a bath must have happened as well!”

“Maria and Kalyan (and Nikko) made Millie feel so welcome and treated her as their own during her 6 night stay with them. Her and Nikko seemed to really get on, and we got lots of cute pictures of walks, play time, treats, and relaxing time! I felt so relaxed leaving Millie in their care. She’ll be back for sure!”

“Jen was amazing! We got updates and pictures everyday and she was very responsive. Took care of our dogs special diet and got him plenty of exercise. She's our go too!”

“Qi was a great & responsive host! Pepper got to play with other dogs & passed out when he got home. She was very patient with Pepper through his puppy shenanigans, as well. I appreciate Qi’s last minute availability which allowed me to get away for a quick weekend for July 4th. Will book again.”

“I was a little nervous leaving my dog with someone new, but Kristin was wonderful. She kept me updated with photos, which I really appreciated, and it was obvious my dog was having a great time. One of her favorite things is playing in water, so seeing all the fun she had made me so happy. She came home tired and happy, and I could tell she had been well cared for.”

“Lance was amazing with our sweet Toffee when we were away for 3 nights! He also accommodated our dog when we had to keep him for an extra day. Lance send us plenty of updates and made sure to love our dog and give him a lot of walks. I highly recommend you consider choosing Lance to watch your precious pet without hesitation!”

“Molly and her husband took such sweet care of our pup. They were so relaxed and we felt like they would love piper like their own! We got lots of picture updates and we were able to meet their pups before we left ours with them for a night. Our dog came back calm ready for a nap after having lots of play time with her new friends. We are so excited to be able to leave piper with them again and we are so glad that we found a safe place for our dog to go to when we go out of town! 100% would suggest Molly and her family to others!”
