“Kristina responded quickly to my last minute request. She was open to chatting with me to learn about him and how she could make him comfortable. Even though my dog has some behavior problems, Kristina was still open to working with him. She kept us up to date with pictures and comments on how he was doing. She treated my dog very well. I wouldn't hesitate to have Kristina watch my dog again in the future.”

“I absolutely loved Debra and so did Oliver!! He had such a wonderful stay. She so attentive and kept me updated the entire time. I actually felt like I was leaving him with someone who made him feel completely at home which is the best I could ever ask for. Oliver can’t wait to go back!”

“Samantha did a great job with Mac for a 9 day visit! He returned home healthy and happy, and she kindly provided him toys which I forgot to pack. Since she has no pets of her own, Samantha is ideal for the dog who likes to be the "only child."”

“David & Betty are simply amazing! My first time using Rover, and I chose David & Betty based on their high ratings and proximity. They exceeded every expectation, with very regular updates (photos and video shorts) throughout the day, great communication, and providing walks and feeding per my instructions. I can tell my dog had a wonderful time with them, and I won't hesitate to use them again.”

“First time I have left my babies with anyone from Rover and I am SO happy I went with Lindsey and Jason. They have a perfect set up for dogs, they made sure they knew the dogs eating/potty schedules and they sent many photo updates and were quick to respond anytime I had a question. Highly recommend - will be using them in the future!!”

“Daniel and Joelle are absolutely amazing. We were in a very hard situation with our aggressive dog. He has a hard time trusting new people, but Daniel and Joelle did everything in their power to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. They separated an area just for him, and put so much time and effort into Kairo. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Daniel, Joelle and to their children for accepting our baby last minute and giving him a chance. It means the world to us, and was the best birthday present anyone could have given me!!”

“Leslie was truly amazing! Her communication was thorough before the weekend, and kept us updated through the weekend with videos and photos. She will be our first connection the next time we need a sitter. Thank you for your kindness and taking care of our Ellie, Leslie. You are wonderful!”

“It was my first time using Rover, and I could tell my dog enjoyed staying with Chuk. She sent daily updates and was responsive to all my questions. I had to drop my dog off early in the morning and pick her up late at night, which can be challenging, but she was incredibly flexible with the timing. Thank you so much!”

“Alex and Amanda did a great job watching our dog! They know dogs really well, and our lab seemed to have a great time during his stay. They are always quick to respond to messages, which was comforting for us. They have a great yard that allows the dogs to burn off energy while safely secured within their fence.”

“Daisha and Tam were great sitters for our dogs. They were well cared for and safe, got plenty of outside time and snuggles, and we got picture updates every day. We will definitely book with Daisha and Tam in the future. Highly recommended dog sitters!”

“Erika was an amazing sitter for our nervous boxer. She provided details, made thorough updates, and asked great questions. Duke clearly had a lot of fun as a welcome guest in Erika's home. Will be booking again soon!”

“Hi, sorry the review is late but thank you so much Souhrab for taking care of our baby girl Haru! We really appreciate all the photos and videos sent over to us and checked in with us for any questions or updates. Definitely will be booking again with Souhrab when the time comes.”

About: I've been pet sitting of a variety of breeds & sized dogs for over 13 years. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in with, feed, stay overnight, and play with their pets. I currently work from home full-time unless I am scheduled for out of town trips. I would have time for your pups. I am available most days, weekends, & overnight stays. I live in a cul de sac, and I have a fully fenced large yard. I would need your crate and / or dog bed for any overnight stays.
“I highly recommend Molly for dog sitting in her home. She did everything possible to ensure my anxious Chihuahua was happy and comfortable. He ended up having a great time! We will definitely book with her again.”

“Kirstin was great!! I got great pictures & Kirstin was able to take care of my leash aggressive/defensive dog & my other anxious barky dog! Communication was great & I definitely recommend it!”

Daniel and Joelle are the best! They treated my dog with such love and attention that Piper didn't want to leave. They are a wonderful family who love animals and catered to Pipers needs whether that was howling along when Piper howled in the minutes after I dropped her off, or standing by and encouraging Piper to eat. I would rebook with no hesitation.

Shannon and Bert are wonderful. Rat has stayed with them several times over the years, and she is always genuinely happy to see them. They take excellent care of her, communicate clearly, and have been incredibly accommodating when unexpected travel plans have come up. It gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing Rat is with people who are so kind, attentive, and trustworthy. We are very grateful for Shannon and Bert, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Jenae is a fantastic, trusted sitter. She watched our nervous, shy dog during the 4th of July weekend, and it went very well. We got regular updates, and we were comfortable and assured leaving our pup with Jenae. This was our second time booking Jenae, and we'll choose her again the next time we're out of town.

First time I have left my babies with anyone from Rover and I am SO happy I went with Lindsey and Jason. They have a perfect set up for dogs, they made sure they knew the dogs eating/potty schedules and they sent many photo updates and were quick to respond anytime I had a question. Highly recommend - will be using them in the future!!

Tyler and Amanda took such good care of our dog, and was so thoughtful to send frequent updates and ask thorough questions. We were frequently reassured that our pup was in good hands while we were away. Extremely thoughtful and responsive, I would highly recommend and use again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! Rikke and the family took such amazing care of Hayden at their home. They are always incredibly welcoming, making sure Hay felt right at home immediately. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while traveling. Our little man came home happy and tired out from all the playtime. Highly recommend!

Zee took amazing care of our dog! He’s a bit of a grumpy old man when it comes to sharing spaces with other dogs he doesn’t know, so it worked perfectly for him to be the only dog with Zee and get all the attention from her and her family. We would definitely book again!

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
