Growing up I never went more than a few weeks without a dog in the house which definitely started my lifelong love for animals! I have experience taking care of newborn puppies, senior dogs, and special needs dogs. In 2020 I decided to foster and was able to be a landing place for 4 dogs until they found their forever homes! Outside of Rover I have loved pet sitting for family and friends for the past few years and have pet sat for 6 families and decided to join Rover for the opportunity to dog sit more frequently! I think trust and great communication are a hugely important part of pet sitting so that’s always my main goal. Feel free to ask about any special requests for your pet! I aim to be accommodating in anyway I can be.🐾🐕🫶

Samantha is amazing. She's so good with my little girl...and does a good job taking care of me too!
SUPER understanding, I had some issues come up with my plans and she was very understanding and was willing to extend the time with my dog. She also updated me throughout the day about Jax and was understanding about his anxiety.
It was our first time working with Samantha as our usual dog sitter was unavailable when we had to leave town in a hurry. We contacted Samantha because her reviews were excellent and she is conveniently in our neighborhood. Her response was quick and we really appreciated that she was willing to help us out on such short notice. Our dogs were happy when we picked them up, and we could tell that they enjoyed their stay and were well taken care of. Thank you Samantha!!!
This was our second time dropping our Sunny with Sammy. She was attentive and responsive! We so appreciate her care for Sunny!
Samantha did a great job with Mac for a 9 day visit! He returned home healthy and happy, and she kindly provided him toys which I forgot to pack. Since she has no pets of her own, Samantha is ideal for the dog who likes to be the "only child."

Zeitplan
I’m currently working as a florist part-time and my schedule is very flexible so I only take on dog sitting when I’m able to be home with them 24/7.

I have a fully fenced backyard with a grass lawn for pups to run and play ( I still always go outside with them for your peace of mind as well as my own!). Flooring inside the house is hardwood floors, tiles and a couple area rugs. I live with my friend who also dog sits and is always excited to have a dog around! We do coordinate schedules to make sure we’re only dogsitting for one family at a time. Pets are welcome on the furniture at our home. For boarding, your pup is welcome to sleep on my bed at night or however they’re most comfortable! Our house is a peaceful, drama free environment and the goal is always to make you and your pup feel as comfortable as possible while they’re staying in their home away from home. I understand how hard it can be to not be with your pup and am happy to send updates as frequently as you would like!
Ein typischer Tag
I love to figure out what kind of day is ideal for your pup! Plenty of love, petting, and outside time are in store no matter what and everything else is at the pace of your dog! For high energy dogs that typically looks like playing with toys with them, playing fetch, and going on walks to keep them stimulated! For senior dogs and special needs dogs with less energy or different abilities I’ll do a combination of what best suits their physical needs while making sure they still get to have a fun time and are mentally stimulated as well!
