About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals ever since I was a child living on a farm- dogs, cats, horses, chickens, rabbits, fish, and even plants! I have a deep sense of care for animals and living things, and will nurture and attend to your loved ones’ needs while you are away. I have a one year old chocolate Lab named George who gets along great with other dogs and is polite and respectful with cats. He comes with me on overnight stays and walks, but can stay in my truck for drop-in visits if you prefer. I can take your dog on long walks or visit dog parks during the day and give them plenty of playtime and attention. Available for drop in feeding visits, walks, or overnight stays. I am available to drop by or stay overnight in client’s homes. I have a pickup with a canopy to transport your dogs to the dog park, and have access to a private beach. Comfortable with large breeds, leash training and working with behavioral issues. Let me know what your pets need and I will be happy to accommodate.

About: Hello!I am looking for work helping out with your animals:) I am incredibly comfortable with both cats and dogs, as I have grown up with both and was tasked from a younger age as one of their main caretakers. While I do not have any animals living with me now, as I am early in my career with a seasonal environmental job, I would love to spend some time with a dog or cat and help out when needed! Having had two anxious bigger dogs growing up, I am very familiar with meeting the needs and navigating spaces with animals of different capacities in mind. I am around for any overnight needs and would love to support with good care when needed or with walks outside! I am working in a part-time position and have a roughly shifting schedule every week. I have the most availability on weekends (sat-sun) for walks, care, or overnight boarding! For the weekdays, I will have a good idea of what I will be staffing that week by the Thursday before and would keep you in the loop of when I could come by/care for your animal! I value giving notice and being a reliable addition to your life for good stable care for your animals! I live right next to Wright park and love a good walk! I believe in using this time in this service to enrich your pet’s life and am looking forward to getting to know them and engage with them! My apartment is ready for pets (as I have planned to adopt or foster dogs/cats but am holding off while I am in my current position). I am very comfortable with more anxious/aggressive presenting dogs, as I grew up with a few and feel confident in implementing differing strategies to get them comfortable and manage them while giving them experiences to be outside. I’ll be available for however much communication you are looking for and appreciate the work and trust given to care for these members of your family!

About: I’ve always been a dog lover, and have cared for two of my own for six years. I’m currently a student at Evergreen and being a student lends itself well to pet care as I don’t have other work obligations. I have a flexible schedule so that means lots of free time to dedicate to pups of all shapes and sizes! I really love cats too and have experience with both indoor & outdoor cats. I love getting outside & being active. I think every dog is unique and am willing to go the extra mile to cover their needs, whether it’s extra cuddles or ensuring they stick to a schedule. I’m a stickler for details and cleanliness so I’m willing to put in that work. I also value being communicative so will always stay in touch to meet your dog’s specific needs. I currently am a full time student (classes are currently online) and don’t have another job, so pet care is my primary work and focus outside of school. I always communicate my schedule when pet sitting so I’m never away too long, especially for pets that need to be let out more frequently or cannot be left alone. I will always be up front about my time and how to best care for your fur babies :) I like to spend a good amount of time with them, and definitely prefer to stay in while pet sitting so they’re not alone too much. I love active playtime, and to have downtime and cuddle too. The more detail the better when it comes to knowing what they need, so always feel free to fill me in on your routines and I’ll fulfill all requests as well as I can!

About: I’ve taken care of all varieties of animals. I have experience with special needs pets, blind, deaf, diabetic, incontinence, seniors, etc. I love senior pets, they hold a special place in my heart. I have fostered for the humane society for a long time. I’m available part time, on my days off to give your pets the love, care and attention they deserve! I’m a busy beaver, but never too busy to give a little extra love! I have 4 cats and a dog. My cats all love to keep friends company. I have a fully fenced yard, a kennel outside and a crate inside just in case. Plenty of toys and activities to keep your friend occupied.

About: I'm a huge fan of active dogs, and I love going on walks and playing outside with them. I also have experience with senior pets and in giving medications. I'm a self-employed clinical massage therapist, and am able to adjust my schedule to fulfill whatever needs you or your pets may have, including doing various walks or appointments as needed. I can drive up to any location and keep your pet in a safe and familiar space while I'm taking care of them, as well as make sure your home is maintained well.

I’m also the proud owner of an 8-year-old Newfoundland/Collie mix, so I’m very comfortable with larger dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and plenty of affection. However, I also grew up with dachshunds and love the little ones just the same. One of my strengths is reading a dog’s personality and responding to what they need. I’m naturally affectionate with friendly, social dogs, but I’m equally comfortable giving shy or timid dogs the space and time they need to feel safe. I never want to force an interaction—I’d rather let a dog build trust at their own pace. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and stick closely to their normal routines. Communication is also very important to me. I know how reassuring it is to receive updates when someone else is caring for your pet, so owners can expect me to be responsive and keep them informed. For dogs staying with me, I have a fenced backyard and live in a very walkable neighborhood, making it easy to provide outdoor time, exercise, and walks throughout the day. My pup, Drogo, is very kind and loves other dogs and he's especially gentle with the little ones. He can be a little grumpy with puppies, so that is a case-by-case basis (and I would encourage a meet and greet beforehand). Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so everyone can get comfortable and we can make sure our dogs are a good fit—especially with puppies or dogs who may need a little more time to adjust. I’ll follow your instructions closely regarding meals, walks, medications or special care instructions, doors and gates, and anything else that helps keep your pet safe and comfortable. I also pay close attention to a dog’s body language. Some dogs want to be best friends immediately, while others need patience and space before they feel comfortable with someone new. I’m happy to let them set the pace. And of course, communication is a big priority for me. I currently have open availability Monday through Sunday, from mornings through evenings.
