About: I have three cats and have a fairly flexible schedule. I’m a positive person and who enjoys gardening, going on walks, and being outside. I’m enjoying my retirement and have a flexible schedule! I typically wake up around 7 in the morning, get ready for the day, and work in my yard as needed/wanted. I feed my cats daily and give fresh water twice daily. I brush my cats weekly or as needed. The cats have toys they play with on their own and I use the laser toy when the cats want to play. They have a scratch post well.

I have been able to personally own and take care of a wide variety of pets, from large German Shepherds to small Pomeranians to cats and even lizards and snakes. I currently have a big fluffy Bernese mountain dog who will be turning 3 in October. I love working with owners to ensure that their pet is treated just like they would be at home. I will provide an outstanding level of care and attention for your family and look forward to working with you! I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to get plenty of time in with my own pup each day, and let’s me watch additional pets during the week. Weekends can often be busy, but if planned ahead of time we can watch a furry friend then too. I have a fully fenced yard for supervised play and potty time. I also own additional bowls, and a full sized crate if needed. A block and a half down the street is a mostly fenced park I take my pup to play in as well if more space is needed. The neighborhood is great for walks, but does have several hills which can be difficult for older, larger dogs. My dog only needs about 30 min a day of play-time, but if yours needs more we can plan for that too.

About: i grew up with parents that loved reptiles, farm animals, cats and dogs. at a young age i became responsible for feeding, then walking, the older i got, the more responsibilities i had. i’ve owned/ own big and small dogs, and a few crazy cats i’m currently going to school online, and not working. i leave my home to hike daily, or walk the around downtown daily in the mornings to catch the morning sun, and usually around sunset to stretch my legs. i would like to spend more time outside, and being able to help pet owners while getting the exercise i want would be amazing! About: Active duty member who knows how hard it can be to find a sitter on days where work is long. Had my labradoodle named Finley for 12 years and appreciate all dogs as if he was my Fin. I get help with my buddy on days I work long and would like to return it back to those who need it. Every doggo should get a lil fresh air! I am active duty who works full time at Naval base Bremerton. Normally off around 4pm and live close to work. I walk my dog already in the evening so can easily pass by to walk yours. I take extra care and precaution on walking my dog especially around other dogs which means I would do the same for yours. Larger dogs with strength will not be an issue for me to handle.

One of my pups got sick and she cleaned it up without any fuss. She kept me updated the whole time with great photos and clear communication. I felt totally at ease knowing my dogs were in good hands. She also reset the cats litter robots when they had error lights. Highly recommend!

My dogs were so excited to have Christine drop by for a visit during one of my long work days! Valerie was fantastic! She was willing to meet with me 2 times before I left on my trip to make sure we had everything covered. I have a senior Great Pyrenees who walks with a limp and is on various medication. I was very nervous leaving her. Valerie kept me updated with plenty of pictures and texts which made me feel so happy and less worried while away. She administered Betsy’s medication with ease. She washed out Betsy’s food and water bowls and made sure she had fresh water daily. She encouraged Betsy to go on walks and was very patient with her the entire stay. Valerie also took pictures of my other animals that were there and had no problem sharing the space with my 17 year old stepson when she did her drop in visits. She came 3 times a day and stayed the full time. I also love how she laid on Betsy’s dog bed with her! 10/10 I recommend Valerie and will be using her again!
