“Lorelei was great! I appreciated the pictures and amount of communication (about once every 2-3 days) and she was very understanding when we were running a little late at drop off and pick up. What I like the most though was how she handled the dogs. She's very patient in giving each one the necessary time and space to adjust to their new settings/friends and calm down. Also, my dog has skin allergies and sometimes requires a topical spary twice a day. She always come home worse when we take her to kennels (due to the amount of time spent outside) but this is the first time she's come home looking better than when we left her! John is a saint and Remy loves him so much. This was Remy’s first stay at John’s new location and it went extremely well. John kept him safe on all drives and walks. He even gave him a bath. We are truly lucky to have John in our lives and plan to keep working with him (Remy can’t wait to go back).
