Mooch is a Covid puppy with separation anxiety but you couldn’t tell with his time at Cathleen’s. She is a pro and a great choice ❤️”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life and absolutely love caring for them. Four years ago, I raised my own puppy from the ground up, gaining firsthand experience in training, socialization, and ensuring a happy, healthy upbringing. She’s now a sweet, goofy four-year-old who loves making new friends! I have experience with medication administration, basic grooming, and special needs care. Whether your dog needs extra patience, routine medical care, or just some fun playtime, I’m happy to accommodate their unique needs. What Sets Me Apart: Experience raising and training a puppy into adulthood Familiarity with administering medications and special needs care Basic grooming skills (brushing, light trimming, nail care) Ability to provide socialization opportunities with my well-behaved dog (if desired) Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities! Before booking, I require an initial meet-and-greet to ensure we’re a great fit. Daycare & Dog Park Visits: For daycare stays of two or more hours, I take dogs to the dog park to provide exercise, socialization, and enrichment. If your dog is staying for eight or more hours, please provide food and a comfort item—whether it’s a favorite blanket, a well-loved toy, or even a torn-up pair of pants like my own weird dog loves! I’d love to provide a safe, loving, and enriching experience for your furry friend. Let’s chat! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine! I have experience managing my own dog’s needs, from feeding and exercise to training and enrichment. Because of my flexible schedule, I can accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and daycare stays throughout the day. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a long walk, or an extended stay, I ensure every pet in my care gets the attention, love, and stimulation they need. I prioritize a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for every pet in my care. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I ensure pets feel secure, loved, and well cared for. Puppies require extra preparation, so I kindly ask for advance notice to set up a safe space tailored to their needs. Collar & Harness Requirements: For safety, all dogs must wear a quick-release collar. Dogs signed up for walks must have a properly fitted harness to ensure secure and comfortable outings. Medication & Special Care: Any pet requiring medication must have it in its original prescription bottle with clear dosage instructions. The same applies to injections to ensure proper handling and administration. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I take every precaution to create a safe and positive experience.

About: I am passionate about dogs and all animals. Your pup will have a safe and fun experience with a large fenced yard and plenty of attention. I will be free all day, all week. I work month on, month off in the maritime industry so during my time off I will be at home and available for pet care. Your pet will be free to roam in the large, private fenced in yard. They will have shade and plenty of water and attention. Evergreen park is a short distance away and a perfect place for walks.

“My dog returned from Teressa’s home happy and exhausted after a full day of walks and play....just what this active boy needs! Teressa is flexible, polite and cheerful and she kept me updated with photos. We couldn’t be more satisfied!”

About: Hello! I’m Mariah! I’m new to the area and just got settled in! I am an experienced pet sitter and have been doing it for years but only till just recently (the last 5 years) did I make a full business out of it. I have taken care of a large number and variety of pets simultaneously since I was a little kid. So taking care of multiple pets at the same time is a breeze for me! I’m experienced in not only just dogs and cats, but I can care for rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, hamsters, mice, rats, fish, birds, and reptiles too. (Which we can discuss a cheaper pricing for those depending on how much care is needed) Any animals that I’m not experienced or educated in I’ll gladly learn so I may properly care for your pet! I am experienced in young animals like puppies and kittens, as well as providing care for senior pets too (even blind and those with epilepsy) and can give medications or help them get around if mobility or sight is an issue. I have given pills and insulin shots to pets before. I can also bathe pets for no charge. Just bring the shampoo you generally use for them to avoid allergies. I am currently working early morning shifts at McDonald’s, but the rest of my afternoons and evenings are fairly open, with Thursdays always being a complete day off. If I am house sitting or boarding, I will step out in the early mornings to work but will be back to your home after! If your pet can’t handle being alone for that long then I MAY not be the best fit. But if this does not bother you and your pets then we will be good to go! For boarding there is ALWAYS someone home! So even when I step out for a bit, my husband will take over for me. I care for every pet as if they were my own! All basic needs will be met, as well as enrichment, and needed social interactions. Love and affection given whenever it is wanted! (some love to have their space, some love to be in yours!) will gladly honor any requests owner has of their pet, so long as it does not negatively effect the pet’s (or another pets’) health or wellbeing. Any pets that do not get along or feel safe in the presence of another pet will be separated and given their own space or area to not cause further stress. This can be in the form of another penned area or room. A closed off room can be provided to new, caged, or easily stressed pets as a safe space as some animals can find open spaces or seeing animals they aren’t used to, stressful. Such as cats not being comfortable with dogs outside the room, or maybe a space for caged animals such as a rabbit so a dog or cat cannot access or be in the presence of their cage. I will never allow harm to fall on your pet that’s a promise! Our apartment is generally a quiet and calm environment, and while we do not have a backyard, we have a partially fenced public pet potty station yard right next door AND a fully fenced mini dog park nearby (about 5 minute walk) at our leisure!
