“Above and beyond care! I don’t normally leave reviews with anything but I really wanted to in this case. I have an automatic water fountain which is normally filled with enough to last them a week if it didn’t get topped off. Erica was concerned they were drinking more than what could get them through between her visits so she put an extra water bowl down for them in addition to refilling the fountain. That is going above and beyond and showed real compassion for my kitties and that is something I really value. She went out of her way to ensure they wouldn’t need anything while I was away. And she was so very kind to bring in my packages left on my doorstep. I didn’t ask her to but she saved them from the rain and took them in for me. About: I have taken care of animals of all ages, sizes and breeds! I am a huge dog lover with a huge heart for every animal! I have experience in leash training, potty training and kennel training, as well as basic commands (I.E sit, stay, speak, lay down, roll over etc). I have always had a passion for animals and will take care of your fur babies as if they were my own! I am currently available 24/7! I am a full time sitter and I am always home, so your pets will never be alone or in a kennel. I have an open schedule on the weekdays, weekends and I am even available on holidays! I try to make the experience here for the animal the exact same as it would be at home, so staying on their schedule is key! I am willing to accommodate any requests you may have (crating them, brushing them, bathing them etc). About: I have had pets my entire life dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. I am comfortable around every type of dog, however prefer to sit smaller dogs up to 25lbs. I have a mini dachshund who is 16 years old, who misses having friends around. I am familiar with puppies through seniors. I do work from home 4 days a week. Currently I have an unfenced yard, I use retractable leashes to maintain safety when outside. Your fur-baby will get daily walks and plenty of love. I work from home 4 days a week, giving me the opportunity to give your pet plenty of attention in an adults only home with one dog for companion time. We do daily walks around the neighborhood, in a wooded area or at Manchester state park. I don’t currently have a fenced yard, outdoor time will be on retractable leashes for potty breaks, time on the fenced deck, and daily walks using your pets regular leash. About: I've been caring for dogs since I was a teenager, and they've always held a special place in my life. I had my beloved dog, Chico, for 16 wonderful years before we eventually lost him to old age and health issues. Although he was small, he had a HUGE personality and was basically my sidekick. He went just about everywhere with me: dog parks, camping, hiking, beach adventures, road trips, and yes, probably more dog-friendly pubs than the average dog. 😂 At the beach, his absolute favorite activity was sniffing every single piece of driftwood like it contained critically important information. Caring for Chico through every stage of his life, from an energetic young pup all the way through his senior years, gave me firsthand experience with how much a dog's needs can change over time and how much love, patience, and companionship they deserve along the way. Over the years, I've also become the go-to person for friends and family when they need someone they trust with their dogs. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pup's personality because, as any dog person knows, they ALL have one! After 16 years with Chico, our home definitely feels a little too quiet without a dog in it. Getting to welcome other people's pups into our lives and give them some of that love we've been missing is something my whole family really enjoys. So while you're away, there's a pretty good chance your dog will be getting spoiled with attention over here. 🐾 My schedule is very flexible, so I have plenty of time to spend with the pups in my care! My main daily routine is getting my kids to and from the bus stop, which is close enough that we can easily walk when needed. I'm home throughout most of the day, so pets in my care won't be spending long stretches of time alone. I have plenty of flexibility for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop-ins, and I'm excited to fill some of that extra time caring for new furry friends! About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who friends and family regularly trust to care for their pets while they travel. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. Your dog will enjoy plenty of love, supervised play, and a safe, comfortable home where they’re never just “watched,” but genuinely cared for. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. It’s a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and loved while you’re away. I choose thoughtful exercise and enrichment to keep them happy and give them plenty of opportunities to burn energy and excitement.

“Leaving my 21 month Boston with Kirsten and her family for 6 nights was my first experience of leaving my dog with anyone overnight. We have been together almost 24/7 since I got her as a puppy as I work remotely. We had a fantastic experience! At the meet and greet Kirsten made the effort to connect and relate to Lucy and invited us to experience where she would be living and playing. As well as introducing her to dogs she would be playing with. It all was very reassuring. Lucy clearly enjoyed Kirsten and her family. She was happy to be there, and it was the perfect place! I’m happy to know now that Lucy can stay at Kirsten’s to so I can feel free to travel through the future! Highly recommend!!”
