I’m a friendly, reliable, and attentive animal lover with some hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. The dogs I cared for were older and required extra patience, medication awareness, mobility support, seizure knowledge and gentle daily care. The cats very classically needed their own space and freedom. In my lifetime I’ve owned three small/medium dogs, rabbits and a variety of small animals such as fish, turtles and hermit crabs. I understand the importance of consistency, routine, and compassionate attention for senior pets as well as playful younger animals. I bring strong responsibility, kindness, and energy shaped by my upbringing, and I treat every pet like family.

I prioritize safety, trust, and respect when caring for pets in a client’s home. I understand how important it is for pets to stay comfortable in their familiar environment, and I follow all instructions closely to maintain their normal routine. I pay attention to details like feeding schedules, medication needs, leash safety, and secure doors and gates to ensure pets are always safe and accounted for. I treat each home with the same respect I would my own, keeping things clean, organized, and secure during every visit. I also want to note that I am not able to care for pets in my own home, as I do not have the space available, so all care will be provided in the client’s home where the pet is most comfortable.

I felt confident that Mya was taking good care of my cat while I was out of town. I know she tried very hard to follow my directions for my senior kitty with rather complicated dietary needs, and Tootise seemed to warm up quickly to Mya.
Mya is wonderful and such a great sitter for our pup! Will continue to book with her in the future. Highly recommended!
Mya was great! Very communicative. It was a very stressful trip for the humans, so having Mya there with the pups made it a little easier knowing that they were in good hands and safe. 10/10 will definitely request again.

Mya is a very responsible pet sitter. She's prompt, listens to instructions and truly cares about my kitty and her well-being. I've had her pet sit/house sit on several occasions. Each time my vacation was worry free. I would recommend her for daily visits or long term care!

Harmonogram
Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine because I have a very flexible schedule. My day-to-day life primarily includes managing my home and supporting church responsibilities, as my husband is a local pastor. I am most consistently busy on Sundays and some weekday evenings due to church services and events, but I still maintain flexibility even during those times when needed. Outside of that, I have open availability throughout the week, which allows me to provide dependable, attentive care for pets, including drop-ins, walks, and check-ins as needed.
