About: I grew up with a dog, rescued a 12-year old senior with lots of medical needs, foster as often as I can (the weeks-old litters are especially fun!), and have had both small and large dogs. I have experience taking care of young puppies to sweet seniors. My husband and I have 3 seniors (12+) who are all rescues. If you are considering me for a service at our home, please know that your pet will need to get along with them. I look forward to a meet and greet so that our pets can get acquainted. For longer stays, I have a questionnaire that covers lots of details, so I'll be sure to share that with you to cover a lot of questions. Thanks for considering me and I hope to meet you soon! ======= First time considering Rover? Use my discount code for $20 off: NORAK01278 I have an open and flexible schedule and can accommodate to your pet’s typical day. Generally speaking, morning and evening walks, with a longer mid-day run or play. Potty-trained and friendly dogs are welcome to slumber party over here with our 3 seniors (20-25 lbs). If yours is better as a solo dog, let me know your needs and maybe we can find a solution.

About: i have been a dog parent most of my adult life. I have cared for 2 sets of poodle puppies that were born in my house. My last fur baby was a Maltese who lived almost 17 years. I understand that dogs have different personalities and I will treat each one as an individual. I am able to administer medications. Your dogs will be able to take long walks with me, depending on the weather. I will stay with your dog in your house if this makes you and your fur baby feel more secure. I will play fetch, tug of war or any other game your dog likes. My desire is for you to go on your vacation or business trip without worrying about the care that your fur baby is receiving. I know how much your dog means to you. My Maltese is gone now, but there isn't a day that I don't think about him and miss him. I will take care of your dog like I would take care of my own.

About: Ever since I was a little girl I have cared for my three dogs. They’re beyond a human’s best friend, they’re our companions! I have a genuine love and passion for our four legged friends and I cannot wait to love and care for your puppies like I love and care for mine! I would like to say I am very attentive to a dog’s needs whether they need a run or a ball thrown, even a good scratch! I’d also say I have a way of gaging if they’re tired and need to head back from a walk. Since I have grown up around dogs, I believe I have ample experience of playing, feeding, cuddling, walking and running with these buddies. I’m a crazy dog lover that would love to help out anyone with a doggie!!

About: Loving Pet Sitting with a Family Touch! I’m a preschool teacher and lifelong animal lover spending my time out of the classroom doing what I love—caring for pets! With a warm, playful, and attentive approach, I treat your furry friends like family. Whether it’s cuddle time or playtime, your pet will feel safe, happy, and right at home. Pet care is my second part-time passion alongside teaching. In the summer, I’m fully available—days, evenings, and weekends. During the school year, I shift gears a bit, offering pet care in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends around my teaching schedule. As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to feel confident in your pet’s care. My home is a safe, calm, and loving space, but I only offer in-home boarding to trusted clients and pets, as I have a precious new cat of my own to consider. When caring for your pet in your home, I’m respectful of your space and committed to creating a warm, engaging environment for your pet—whether through walks, gentle play, or cozy companionship. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first.

About: Hello! I'm Zoe, a lifelong animal lover and teacher with the Bainbridge Island School District since 2020. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, including pet sitting and walking pups of all sizes and temperaments. My family includes my sweet rescue dog Friday (a 9-year-old pittie mix) and my adventurous 3-year-old daughter Rooney. We love spending time outdoors and can often be found exploring the beaches and trails around Bainbridge together. Whether your dog loves long walks, quiet snuggles, or playtime in the yard, I’ll treat them like part of the family! I have weekends off and enjoy spending time at home with my pets. During the week, I work from 8am-2:30pm. I work 5 minutes away from home and would be able to check on any pet at least once a day. I feed pets as needed, provide daily walks and preferred exercise either on a leash out and about, at a dog park, or in my fully fenced backyard. I am happy to provide interactive treats that meet a dog's dietary needs and provide enrichmentk.

About: I grew up around animals, working on my grandparents’ ranch and helping to care for horses, cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs. I’ve always found working with animals to come quite naturally for me. I first began pet sitting during high school, and in recent years I’ve fostered for a few local rescues, taking care of and helping to socialize dogs who are up for adoption. My husband and I adopted our own rescue, Leroy, in February 2020 before the pandemic and are so grateful we did! I work from home during the week, and enjoy breaking up my workday with nature walks. Leroy and I love spending time with other dogs, and especially enjoy taking them with us to explore our beautiful neighborhood! I tend to talk often to Leroy and the dogs I’m caring for, and treat them more like little humans. The dogs I grew up with were treated like members of the family, and I will treat your dog with the same kindness and respect. Since I work from home, my schedule is flexible and adaptable depending on the needs of the dogs I’m caring for. As an example of my routine for my own dog, I usually take Leroy for a morning walk, a lunchtime walk, and another longer hike or beach walk in the afternoon/early evening, plus a short potty walk after dinner. Depending on whether your dog is dog-friendly or not, I can care for them together or separately. I prefer to visit for a meet-and-greet before scheduling any bookings, so that I can get to know you and your pet in your environment. I like to have an in-depth understanding of their typical daily and nightly routine, so that I can stick to it closely during my stay. My goal is for our time together to be as comfortable for your pet as possible, which I think means disrupting their comfort zone as little as possible. I will follow your directions to a tee, and be in contact with updates regularly to keep you informed.

About: I have a lifetime of experience caring for pets of all species, ages, and energy levels! My passion has been in rescue and the shelter environment where I’ve developed lots of experience with shy and frightened dogs and cats, training and socializing young puppies and kittens, administering medication and special diets and treating every pet as an individual to help them live their best lives! My schedule is currently very flexible, so I’m available anytime to fit into you and your pets usual daily routine, whether that’s early morning jaunts, mid day meds and meals, or a late night check in before bed! I look forward to helping your pet keep up their routine at home to make your time away just a normal day for them and a relaxing time with you! About: My 6-yr old loves animals — especially dogs. We have lots of experience with cats, and want to get her exposed to dogs before we get one ourself! :) We are available early in the morning, afternoons and weekends. My kiddos are in camps from 9a-4p on the weekday so care would be outside those hours. We don’t have a fully - fenced yard, but do have a fenced deck and side yard area. We’re happy to accommodate any special requests.

Samantha was incredibly dedicated to our cats!! One of our cats in particular is pretty antisocial, but he warmed up to her really quickly. She was so good with them, and very flexible in her visits. She went way above and beyond, including time for our difficult Litter Robot which required a crazy amount of maintenance. We're excited to book with her again in the future, and I think our cats will be too!

Maya was incredible with our dogs! She was very patient with our dogs, as well as took the time to connect and empathize with them. She did a great job adapting and establishing routines with them. We really appreciated Maya’s attention to detail, her communication, as well as all of her updates and photos. Maya gave us a lot of confidence that our pups were well taken care of and given lots of love while we were away. They also seemed to be doing great when we returned! We highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for someone to care for their dogs!
