About: I have had dogs my whole life but for the past 23 years I've raised 3 dogs with my husband. I have gone through all life stages with my dogs. I can provide play time, take them for walks or just let them play in our small enclosed deck. Since I work from home for the past 14 years I can give them lots of attention. I recently lost my senior, she was 16 and half years old and now only have one dog. So plenty of time to take care of your fur baby. I'm experienced with seniors dogs, giving medications and general care. Because we have a small 10 pound dachshund we prefer a smaller friendly non-aggressive dog. Please reach out if you have any questions! I love dogs and since I work from home I feel I'm in the best position to care for one. Bonus is that my dog will have a friend. I would be available to provide walks, cuddle time and supervision throughout the day. I can work around your pet's needs and create a stable continues environment.

About: Pets make a house a home and are a member of the family. I’ve had dogs all my life and will consider your pet(s) a member of my family while in my care. Pets in my care are my priority. For sitting in my home or your home, I may charge more than others because I’m prepared to address unexpected care. I try to keep my rates competitive, but it’s challenging to pick one rate for all pets. Please reach out if you’re interested. I’m happy to discuss rates depending on need. I’m currently starting my own business, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m on the island full time throughout the week. In your home, I’ll follow your norms and schedule. I’ll ensure your pet is in a safe and clean environment. I’ll adhere to your established rules for furniture privileges, treats, feeding time, post walk cleaning, etc. If I’m staying overnight at your place, I’ll wash my linens and remake the bed (unless you’re returning before noon and then linens may still be in the wash). If I’m watching your pet in my home, I appreciate potty trained and polite pets. Baby pets or incontinent pets will get a smaller area to roam for damage control. Our Coton de Tulear is very friendly and loves to play; she also gets the memo when others aren’t as spritely. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs, let me know in advance so we can discuss a possible solution.

About My Home: Your pup will feel safe, loved, and comfortable here! I have a fully fenced yard perfect for playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of sniffing. I also have two friendly dogs who enjoy company, though all interactions are based on your dog’s comfort level. Inside, I’ve created multiple gated areas so every dog has their own calm, secure space. Crates are available if your dog prefers them or if you request it. I use a Furbo camera and happily will send photo and video updates so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. When the weather cooperates, I love taking dogs on peaceful neighborhood walks, and I can provide baths if needed as well. *Important: I do have a 1 year old at home, so I’m only able to host dogs who are gentle and comfortable with young children. Safety and a calm environment are top priorities in our home. Safety: Your dog’s comfort and safety , and my family’s, are my top priorities. I do slow, careful introductions with my dogs, or no introductions if requested. Gated “safe spaces” are always available. I follow all feeding, medication, and care instructions exactly as given.
