Family Doggie Home
We have a large fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Bainbridge Island where doggies can run around while we garden, work, care for our homes/kiddos, and play with the current pack we are watching. When your dog stays with us, they will be part of the family. Trenton has had dogs his whole life- Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, and Shihpoos. He loves the particularities of different breeds and taking care of their specific needs. Jordan has been learning on the job and is absolutely loving it. Her empathy gives her a special quality in knowing when a dog is uncomfortable or in need of something. She gives any dog that stays with us the most devotional love, and snuggles. Our kiddos (1,8,&10) adore all the dogs that come visit us and we’ll send super fun photos/videos of them chasing your puppers around our yard spaces daily. We know dog ownership is a huge responsibility which is why making it part of our work cycle allows us to take care of animals we love like they are family. We are so excited for the opportunity to care for your special pup!

Duffy and Scout did really well adjusting to Trenton and Jordan's pack. T & J are thoughtful and made sure to recognize all of our kids' peculiarities. Would certainly use them again!
This place is dog heaven. Doggie pals to play with, a porch sofa to lounge on, and kids to engage. Trenton and Jordan have created an amazing refuge and communicated regularly. Highly recommend!

We both work from home part time on flexible schedules, which allows us to keep your dog by our sides and attend to their needs throughout each day. We typically wake up early feed the pups while we make breakfast and our kiddos’ school lunches. Then it’s outdoor time, even if it’s raining (maybe not when it’s pouring 😉), and let them exercise by playing with each other, by us throwing balls, and/or walking around our large yard together. Then we let our pack lounge in the yard or on the deck while we tend to our garden, baby, and other home obligations. We can always see or hear them and can access their space very easefully. More play time happens throughout the day especially when the older kiddos come home from school and then is wind down time. Dinner and usually a movie with snuggles in the living room. We have loads of dog beds and couches dedicated to them and their comfort. Lights out before 10p and we start all over again!

For daycare and boarding: We have a large fenced area outside and several areas inside for visiting dogs. 5 areas of separation in case some pups need space from the pack. We will often go out to play with them/sit with them or pet them in our living area. We let them follow us around or smell all the good smells outside to their hearts content. Watching us make food in the kitchen seems to be a consistent favorite too. 😊 For house sitting: one of us, or our whole family, will stay with your pet in your home environment depending on what your pet/s needs. We offer 8 hours of sleeping in your home with your pet/s and 3-4 times of checking on them during the day. We are responsible and professional and offer this service at a price that works for us.
