For sitting in my home or your home, I may charge more than others because I’m prepared to address unexpected care. I try to keep my rates competitive, but it’s challenging to pick one rate for all pets. Please reach out if you’re interested. I’m happy to discuss rates depending on need. I’m currently starting my own business, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m on the island full time throughout the week. In your home, I’ll follow your norms and schedule. I’ll ensure your pet is in a safe and clean environment. I’ll adhere to your established rules for furniture privileges, treats, feeding time, post walk cleaning, etc. If I’m staying overnight at your place, I’ll wash my linens and remake the bed (unless you’re returning before noon and then linens may still be in the wash). If I’m watching your pet in my home, I appreciate potty trained and polite pets. Baby pets or incontinent pets will get a smaller area to roam for damage control. Our Coton de Tulear is very friendly and loves to play; she also gets the memo when others aren’t as spritely. If your dog is aggressive towards other dogs, let me know in advance so we can discuss a possible solution.
