About: I grew up with a golden retriever and two cats in my home, where my love for animals started! I’ve watched pets for neighbors and friends along the way. I also trained a corgi from puppyhood to adulthood (whew! that was hard), a Pyrenees, and had two cats on my own! Training classes I have taken with pets include puppy 101, recall, and aggressive dog training. I focus on positive support training and reinforcement to create a comfortable space for me and your pet. I have a great understanding that all pets a like need stability, structure, lots of playtime and cuddles. I recently moved from Minneapolis to Seattle with my kitty, Mazik to the Wallingford neighborhood. I am looking for something gigs in between my day job (8-5 M-F). I am hoping to connect with some pet parents and help some families out! I am working a full time job Monday through Friday. My days are sometimes open due to the work load but will change. I am open to drop ins if they are close enough to me! I am mostly open early mornings, evenings, and weekends! This includes overnights! I will follow the routine for your pet specifically to create a safe space with me! Any training required, food schedules, medications to be given, and playtime will be followed to exact instructions.

“Kory is amazing! He always goes above and beyond. His updates are great and usually leave you with a smile on your face! Highly recommend Kory!!! Pups give two paws up!!”

About: Hi pet parents! 🙂I have been working in the animal welfare and veterinary industry for 8+ years. The bulk of my experience is in animal sheltering, but I’ve also worked in wildlife rehabilitation, doggy daycare, and in a veterinary clinic. I have experience with a variety of medical care, kitten and puppy care, pet first aid, and managing pet emergencies. I’ve also managed several cases of lost foster pets through my most recent professional role and returned the pets to safety. I have a lot of patience for pets experiencing stress, and enjoy utilizing my skill set to try to comfort them. Additionally, I have experience working with dogs and cats with behavioral challenges, and am happy to welcome those pets into my care on a case-by-case basis. I do not, however, utilize aversive tools for behavior modification and I’m not comfortable using them on client’s pets. This includes prong/ pinch collars, shock/bark collars, squirt bottles, and any other training tool that modifies behavior based off of punishment. I’ll be happy to share more about what I prefer using if you’re interested! I am currently taking time off from a full-time role so I’m available tonight be very present with your pet(s)! I do have 2 cats of my own that I will need to drop in and care for but that shouldn’t take a significant amount of time out of my day. I have a lot of applicable experience and training that allows me to take excellent care of your pets! Additionally, I have a natural safety mindset geared at protecting both my human and my pet clients. I’ve managed countless medical emergencies, lost pets, and safely broken up conflict in between pets as a part of my profession. I’m a very responsible and detail-oriented person overall.
“Lily is very personable. Our dogs liked her from the first minute. She updates us and sends us pictures from every home sit or walk. She is responsive to text messages. I am really happy.”

“Noelle is such a wonderful, loving sitter! First time booking with rover and I am so thankful she booked with me! My lil pup loves her and has helped him with keeping with potty training, short walks outside, and even train him! I would definitely rebook! I actually booked for the entire month and I am glad that my pup has someone like her since I can’y be with him all the time. Thanks Noelle!”

“Alyssa is an amazing sitter. She is responsible, personable and communicative. I got immediate updates after each drop in with photos. It was reassuring and tension free to have her as our sitter. Will look for her again next time we need a pet sitter.”

“Nathan was extremely helpful watching my dog, taking him on walks, and spending time with him. Very trustworthy, very kind, follows directions well and keeps you informed which meant a lot to me. He was always punctual and very understanding of my concerns. I will definitely be booking him again!”

About: Hi there! I’m an experienced, animal-loving pet sitter based in Edmonds, WA. I’ve just moved back to the area after 15 wonderful years living abroad in Africa and Europe, and I’m currently figuring out my next step. In the meantime, I’m doing pet care full-time, which means I have lots of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention they deserve. I’ve been a lifelong dog and cat owner and was the trusted sitter for expat families while living abroad. I’m comfortable with pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, seniors, and those with special needs. I offer a full range of services: dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and doggy daycare (in your home, not mine). I’m calm, patient, and deeply respectful of your home and your pet’s needs. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities. I’ll follow their routine, shower them with love and attention, and keep you updated with messages and photos while you're away. Let’s connect—I’d love to meet you and your furry (or feathered!) family! Pet care is my main focus right now, and I’ve set aside time every day to be available for the pets and families I work with. I’m available weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I can commit to overnight stays as well. Because I’m not juggling other jobs or commitments, I have the flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the week, whether it’s regular walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays. I care for pets in their own home, where they’re most comfortable and settled. I stick to their usual routine—whether that’s feeding, walks, medication, or just keeping them company throughout the day. I do my best to make things feel normal and stress-free while you’re away. I also treat your home with care and respect, keeping things tidy and secure. Whether it’s a quick visit or an overnight stay, I make sure your pet gets the attention and comfort they need.
“Janelle did a great job with our kitties! She sent us detailed updates and spent a lot of time playing with them. She also kept us updated with our house and brought in our packages. I definitely recommend her and will book her again for any future pet sitting”

“Was so responsive, and able to come on short notice. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was and taking the time to tend to my "COVID doggies" who aren't used to me being gone all day.”

“Abigail is the BEST! She took amazing care of my cat, Oliver, while I was away. Her loving attention and thoughtful care went above and beyond. I especially appreciated her detailed (and hilarious) updates as they gave me much needed peace of mind while I was gone. It means the world to know that Oliver is not only safe, but also loved and understood, especially since he’s such a shy boy. She was reliable, warm, and completely understanding of his needs. I’m so grateful to have found her, and I’ll definitely be rebooking with her for my next trip.”

“Julie is a trustworthy pet sitter that makes sure the job is done right. We were lucky to find Julie on short notice around the Thanksgiving holiday when a last-minute trip popped up for us. She checked in on our kitty twice a day and made sure she was fed and played with. We gave Julie a daily check off list of what needed to be done, and she provided updates with pictures to confirm all items had been accomplished each day. We also really appreciated her professional demeanor and punctuality as our kitty has a pretty set schedule for her feedings. Julie did a fantastic job for us. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets for the past few years for neighbors mainly. For the past year I would go over to a family friends house three days a week to play with her cats to get their energy out! I’m currently working part time. I have a pretty flexible schedule working about 6 hours, 3-4 days a week including weekends. I have plenty of time for your fur babies! Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Woodway
Scott S. was a rockstar pet sitter and we will be booking with him again! We booked last minute and he was super quick to pick up our sitter request. We had him come twice a day to check on our cat and dog. Photo updates with each visit. Couldn't ask for anything better.
Had a great experience with Jamie doing drop in visits when we needed it. She has a good calm presence with animals and my dog was comfortable with her easily. She was very responsive over messaging and sent photos and updates regularly. Will happily work with Jamie again.

I'm a bit of an anxious pet mom because one of my dogs is an energetic husky and the other is a highly reactive dog with a complicated medical history. Abby did an incredible job keeping me updated about how the dogs were doing while I was away, including sending loads of adorable photos. She went above and beyond giving my highly reactive little guy his inhaler twice a day; there are fewer than five people in the entire world that he actually likes and she is one of them. She did a wonderful job ensuring that my energetic husky got the activity and enrichment that she needed to be happy, that my little guy got his medication and cuddles, and that I felt secure the entire time I was gone knowing they were in excellent hands. I can't recommend Abby highly enough.

Kristy took excellent care of our new dog we adopted just a few days ago! Our pup is quite nervous about many things but Kristy came for a meet and greet the day before and then came the 3x as planned during our work day to take care of Sequoia, and gave her meds as scheduled. We will happily book Kristy again next time we need care!

Penny is the absolute best person we have ever had care for our 9 year old dog. She loves animals and their personalities. ❤️ Our Luna was happy and content when we got home from a week long trip. We will ask Penny to watch her again the next time we go somewhere.

Nicole was incredibly patient and understanding with our dog, who needs a little extra time to warm up to new people. She was very attentive to his needs and took care to move at his pace, which we truly appreciated. Her willingness to build that connection before our trip meant a lot to us. We’re looking forward to working with her again!
