About: We used to foster German shepherds and we’ve had our own dogs through the years. I have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs (clear instructions are a must). We currently have one neurotic dog, Beau, who has severe separation anxiety. Someone is always home with him, so I understand having a pet that needs extra special attention. I am respectful, responsible, and caring. I’m a stay at home mom with all my kids in school. Aside from chores, I have a pretty clear schedule. Willing to work weekends. I make sure to pickup any mess the pets or I make. Respectful of boundaries and privacy. Responsible and will keep pets occupied and loved. If they love to play fetch, i’ll play till they can’t run anymore.

About: I’ve grown up with animals of every kind and have always loved being surrounded by them. Cats, dogs, hamsters, horses…you name it, I’ve probably had it! With a large extended family, many of my high school weekend jobs included taking care of family cats and dogs while they were out of town. I have cats of my own and am adamant that they receive the best care, so I want the best care for your fur baby too! I am very punctual, responsible, and reliable and would love the opportunity to help out when you’re out of town or short on time. I currently work full-time, but am available weekday evenings and on the weekends. Weekdays I am available after 4 pm and I am highly flexible on the weekends and could make any time work for drop in care or walks. Regarding walks, I always make sure to double check leashes, collars and harnesses to ensure they are secure before going outside. I am very mindful of other dogs and their potential behaviors, so I often cross to the other sidewalk if I see another dog. Loud noises & traffic are also things I try to avoid if possible. Entering and exiting your home is also something I am careful about, making sure to keep the doorway blocked to prevent any escapees. For drop ins, I immediately look for your pet to ensure their wellbeing and check to make sure the environment is secured and in good condition. Before leaving, I also double check to make sure that everything is locked and your pet is well taken care of.

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs, large and small since I was 12. I have taken care of puppies and geriatric pets. I have taken care of animals that require medication. I am currently working part time, only three days a week at the alderwood mall. I don't currently do much else beside work so plenty of time to spend with your fluffy friend. I am able to take care of any animal like they are my own. I have taken care of many cats and dogs, short term and long term. I have been able to take care of sick animals either by taking them to the vet (with permission of course) or by giving medications as prescribed.

Since moving to Washington 5 years ago, I’ve been caring for friends/neighbors' pets, taking them on walks, feeding them, playing, and watching them while they are out of town. I just adopted my own mixed pup from Seattle Humane in April; let me spoil your sweet kitties and pups! I can work from home most days, and set my own schedule for the most part, so I am able to take short breaks to take pets on walks or work from another home to make sure the pup or kitty isn't alone for extended periods of time. I imagine pet care fitting easily into the days I work from home. I don't currently have any pets in my home. When it comes to pet sitting, I always make sure to open the door slowly if the pet is loose in the house. I let the pet sniff my hand before attempting to touch them, and give them space if they don't seem to want to interact with me. When it comes to walking, I don't walk with headphones in to make sure I can hear what else is going on nearby. I wouldn't take them near spaces where I know there are likely to be other dogs unless that is requested.
