About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10! Growing up I owned multiple small and big dogs, helped breed golden retrievers, and I currently work as a kennel technician at The Puppy Store in Vineyard! I love taking care of dogs, I am experienced in medicine handling and administering, and grooming. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members! I am working part-time and go to school full-time, so I can work with you and we can make figure out our schedules! I’d be more than willing to drop by and take care of your dog, watch them, walk them, and love them! I’ll be flexible with you as long as you’re patient with me! I respect the dog’s boundaries and I try my best to gain their trust before I fully interact with them. If I go to your house I become fully aware of the space the dog has. I will never put your dog in a dangerous position. I am experienced in administering medication to your dog if necessary.

About: Professionally speaking, I worked at an emergency and specialty hospital for 2 years. There not only did I learn valuable skills in handling animals, but I also learned how to perform CPR and how to recognize a medical emergency. Next I worked at a doggy daycare that was privately owned and took in dogs of a variety of temperaments and medical needs. I monitored play groups by observing body language and watching for potentially escalating behavior. Personally speaking, I was raised on a farm with a variety of animals. I rescued my first foster dog about 10 years ago when I was almost 30. She still lives with one of my friends and is a spoiled dog in the perfect home. Once I met my spouse over 6 years ago, we started our own animal family together. She is a critical care licensed veterinary technician in a local specialty hospital. I came along with two dogs of my own, they came along with a dog that was untouchable when she was adopted. I was lucky enough to be the second person to earn her trust and now she is just as much my girl. Since we have adopted a 9lbs pomchi who tried biting us in the parking lot when her previous home was moving out the country. It was a very scary event for a little dog; she needed a total of one chicken nugget and patience but now I get to see the trust in her eyes. We have 2 cats who came from PAWS and 2 cats who were found in a park. Then we have our leopard gecko, corn snake, and ball python. We previously had rabbits who have since moved on. With 4 years of professional experience and 35 years before that of personal experience, I am comfortable with all animals and excited to meet yours! I am a believer in low stress, force-free handling, and I accommodate to the individual pet's needs and boundaries. Currently I am a pet sitter full time and happy to meet your pets needs. With my spouse at home able to focus on our animals, I am able to focus on yours! I do often leave for 1-3 hours at a time during house stays to run errands, but if I am needed there 100% of the time, I am happy to have a conversation. I know how hard it can be with some animals needing 24/7 1:1 care. Due to my own animals behavioral needs, I do not bring new animals into our home or bring my animals with me. Every new animal is an adjustment period for my fur babies so I do not bring them to my home. However, my animals have my spouse so I can focus on your babies. I do not yell or believe in using force. I prefer to not use prong collars or training collars. I love to reward and make animals feel safe. I love a note of things you would love for your animal to do or what your animals schedule and needs are like. I will follow your requests 100%. I know what a medical emergency looks like and I know where the local emergency hospitals are just in case. I do not have human children to consider, my animals are my kids and I will treat your babies like my own.

About: I’ve had a love for dogs for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was little, I was always the first to volunteer for dog walks, pet sitting, or any opportunity to spend time caring for animals. Over the years, I became the go-to person for family, friends, and neighbors needing someone they could trust with their pets, giving me more than 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I previously had a Golden Retriever who lived to 12 years old and a Lhasa Apso/Yorkie mix who lived to the incredible age of 18, both of whom were deeply loved members of my family. I currently have a gentle 17-year-old cat, a friendly 4-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever, and will soon be welcoming a corgi puppy into our home as well. Our home is very pet-friendly, and my two boys (18 and 7) have grown up around animals and love helping give visiting pets extra attention and affection. I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pets, because I know firsthand that they truly are family. I take pride in creating a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets feel cared for, relaxed, and at home. Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply companionship, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet and care for your furry family member! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available for weekend boarding and can often accommodate weekday stays with advance notice. With a flexible schedule and a pet-friendly home, I have plenty of time to provide walks, playtime, cuddles, and individualized care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make their stay feel like a home away from home. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs before their stay so I can provide care that feels as familiar as possible. In my home, pets are treated like family and are never left without appropriate supervision for extended periods. I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, fresh water, meals according to their schedule, and plenty of affection. I understand that every pet is different, so I adjust my approach based on their personality and comfort level. Whether your pet loves to play, go for walks, or simply relax nearby, I strive to create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

“Anna was such a fantastic cat sitter. I have a very nervous cat and was unsure it they could bond as it was a short few days. She used the cat glove and got his trust.. and was then able to not only feed him but give him his twice daily meds.👍 She was very patient getting him to trust her. I appreciated that her experience paid off as she was very calm when he threw up food. Anna was on top of all the instructions and sent photos. Every cat owner doesn’t want to worry about their cats while they are away. I did not worry. When we messaged she could tell I was nervous about all of it and offered to come by to meet me and Henry the day before. Leaving your precious, but also super skittish dog with strangers and letting them come into your home while you’re away can be scary so her coming by to meet us made me feel so much better! She communicated with me and sent me pictures throughout the night. I appreciate Rover and Kylie. I’ll definitely be using her again for my dog sitter needs from now on.”

About: I grew up in a house with dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs and hamsters, so caring for pets is second nature to me. I've been a dog mom most of my adult life, raising an English Springer Spaniel, Sasha, from a pup, and a rescue, Delilah (in my photo), from 9 months. I've had experience in all aspects of training my dogs to have good manners, walk on a leash, etc. As a middle school teacher, I am skilled in keeping a schedule, following routines, and enjoying life while helping others! During my summer break and some school breaks, I can be available for walks and drop-ins twice per day. When I am in the swing of school, I can care for your pet(s) on weekends - go for that long hike, or get out of town for a night or two. I've got you covered! Because I do not have a fenced yard, I will only be dropping in for visits in a client's home. I look forward to exploring the neighborhood with your dog on a nice long walk!

About: I've had years of experience taking care of my own pets and also worked as a pet groomer for many years. I've had many animals throughout my life dogs, cats, ferrets, tortoises you name it. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule during the week and my weekends are wide open to spend time with your pets or have them over at my house. I have a fenced backyard and two dogs of my own that love to run and play with other dogs. While your pet is with me they are part of our family.

About: I have previously owned a dog and have pet sat/walked for many families in my neighborhood throughout my life. I love taking pups on walks and giving them lots of loving! I am a teacher on summer break right now. I am living in my fenced in home with 3 other girls. I love to walk and play and can give your pet lots of attention! I have a fenced yard and locked home doors. I live in a safe neighborhood with lots of families. It is a suburban neighbors with lots of parks.

About: *TAKING NEW CLIENTS* Devoting more time to this practice that I love, the more pets the merrier! Experienced with dogs who have behavioral issues or are just nervous around new people, puppies bring them on, and everything in between. I am a sensitive empath who truly loves / cares about all animals and animals flock to me where they may normally run away or act out. I am adaptable and always want to customize the experience of your specific needs and welcome any and all specific instructions, or if you are a newer pet owner or Rover user, I am always available to provide advice or insight even if you are not booking with me, at the end of the day I am here to help your pets / you and to make your lives a little easier. Recently I have been able to open up my schedule to take on a more full time Commitment to dog walks and drop ins. I have open availability from 7am-11pm and can provide multiple services throughout the day. If your pocket books are strapped and you still want experienced help, I am open to negotiation on my prices (within reason). I understand how expensive it is just to live these days. Life comes with many stresses, but I can guarantee if you take me on as your animal care provider that your pets safety/well being will never be one of them while in my care. *in your home only* due to having 4 animals of my own. I can come every 4 hours throughout the night and as often as every 2.5 hrs during the day. I listen to instructions very well and would follow specific routines accordingly. The more details , the better so I can maintain their normal routine. Other wise just like my own, I would play tug of war or cuddle or fetch or give them space/ whatever they may need.

About: I’ve been working with animals since I was little. My friends and family have trusted me to walk and take care of their animals, either when they have to stay late at work or they are out of town. I have always been trusted to take care of their Animals. I’m currently working as an uber driver so my schedule is very flexible for you and your pets. I can make almost any day or time work for you! I take very good care of my pets at home. Unfortunately I’m not doing boarding at my home but I’d love to stay with your fur baby’s while you are out of town and make sure they are happy and safe.
