They took such loving and thoughtful care of Prince, treating him like their own. He was not just looked after, but genuinely happy—getting plenty of exercise with runs, lots of affection, and constant attention. We especially appreciated how neat and clean they kept him and all his belongings. Their beautiful gals took wonderful care. Prince can be a bit of a fussy eater and needs some encouragement during mealtime, but they handled that with great patience and care, making sure he was well-fed and comfortable. They truly went above and beyond, taking care of him even more than we had asked. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. “Pheara and Jason were amazing with our Parker! This was a last minute booking as our usual sitters weren't free. I am so glad I found Pheara as it took a big load off our shoulders knowing we had caring sitters looking after our little guy for our extended time away during the holidays. And also really happy to have a new sitter option on my list for future stays. Pheara sent LOTS of photos and video updates every day. Parker was very well taken care of. I could tell from the long videos she sent, how comfortable and at home he felt with them. His days were spent playing and cuddling, his two favorite things in the world. Jill and Aaron are absolutely stellar:) They provided amazing care for our dog Rufio, no easy feat when he has several medical conditions and numerous medications to keep track of, but they were completely detail oriented and on top of each finer point. They sent all the sweetest updates and photos which was best reassurance during our family's trip We were so worried to leave our dog after he had all these medical concerns crop up in the spring, Jill and Aaron really just removed the stress and gave us the peace of mind that not only was he receiving expert care but more snuggles and extra perks then he would have imagined. It was basically a spa vacation for him! When we picked Rufio up, we could tell how happy and content he was from the stay ❤️
Kimberly was a wonderful dog sitter! Maya had a blast being spoiled by her family and having a doggie best friend with their dog Dixie. When I picked her up she was so happy and relaxed. Kimberly and her family are so kind, they helped me load my car and said the sweetest goodbyes to Maya. I knew she was well taken care of and treated like family. Kwame was a great sitter for Apollo. He was communicative up front and was open to meeting with us and our dog ahead of the scheduled stay. During the meet and greet he was clear about how he would help care for Apollo and made sure to ask for any special care needs that he might have (he doesn't but still noteworthy). We picked up Apollo and he seemed really content staying with Kwame. Would definitely book again.
Jim and Cara, the perfect “resort” vacation for my 2 Springer Spaniels! Beautiful big grassy fenced yard, 2 laid back doggies of their own. (I hate to leave such a stellar review, because I want them just for us!) but they where the best!! Lots of photos, excellent communication, so kind and friendly!
