“I highly recommend Lorena for pup-boarding! My jack-chi Philo stayed with Lorena and her family while I was out of town for 6 days, and - like someone else had mentioned about their dog - I feel like he had his own little vacation. My previous go-to sitter had moved out of town and I was a bit worried about finding someone who could meet the needs of my sensitive little boy. After reading Lorena's reviews, I had a very good feeling, and she even offered a meet and greet in person or phone beforehand. The care was excellent, with lots of pics of Philo out walking and updates. Their house was a great place for him too, with room to explore, get outside, and enjoy nature. And he even made some doggie friends while he was there. As Philo does sometimes, he wasn't eating all his food at first. After checking with me (I'd mentioned chicken is his favorite) Lorena gave him some chicken and he got a healthier appetite. The whole trip, I wasn't worried about Philo and knew he was in good hands which was a relief. Thank you Lorena!”

Nathan watched our two dogs for almost two weeks and they came home happy, healthy and tired out (a good thing)! He is also great about sending pictures of the dogs. This is the second time he’s watched our dogs and we have felt like they are in great hands both times.
This is the first time I've used Rover to find care for my six-year-old terrier mix, Judah. After a lot of searching through so many options, I chose Inge B., and it was a terrific choice! I couldn't have been more pleased with how Inge cared for Judah. Her prior "meet and greet" at her home before my final booking was so helpful in not only allowing me to see her environment and personally meet her, but also for Judah to do the same. Her daily updates and photos on how Judah was doing were so reassuring for me. Judah was walked multiple times a day, played with, cuddled, and fed well. I will definitely use Inge again. She's a keeper!
Xiaoyi did an amazing job taking care of my cat! She and her family were incredibly kind and made my cat feel comfortable and well cared for during his stay. It was clear they genuinely love animals and gave my cat plenty of attention and care. One thing I especially appreciated was that we discovered Jupyter is actually very dog-friendly during the visit, which was such a pleasant surprise! We’re happy repeat clients. Joann’s place is perfect for dogs, and Joann provides such thoughtful care. This is the most happy place for our dog to visit— great play time, basking in the sun on the porch, nice attention from the people. I don’t think she misses us at all when we’re gone.
We are so lucky to have found Dena! This was the first time we boarded our current dogs, and we were incredibly nervous. Throughout their two-week stay, Dena sent us photos and videos, so we always knew how our boys were doing. When we picked them up, we expected them to be mad at us, but instead they seemed happy and not stressed. We think that speaks volumes about the quality of care Dena provides. She even checked in on them a few days after we got home! Dena was always quick to respond to our messages, giving us peace of mind while we were away. We don't know when our next trip will be, but we hope Dena will be available. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for great care for their pets!
