I always send daily photos to show they are being loved while you are gone! No one knows your pet better than you, so I always make sure I pay attention and heed the advice and instructions of the owner about how their pet likes to be treated. Some dogs love to be played with and perform tricks to get treats, while other dogs are nervous or in the process of learning not to jump on people when they first walk in. Likewise, cats have very different personalities and must be treated as indiviuals. Some cats run to the door like a dog to be greeted and picked up, while others would prefer to be left alone since you are not their human (though I usually win them over quickly!).
About: I’ve had my family dog, Teddy, for over 11 years, ever since she was a tiny puppy with significantly more teeth than she has now. She doesn’t currently live with me, but growing up with her has given me a lot of experience with a full spectrum of pet life, from puppy chaos to senior naps, slower walks, and very strong opinions. I’ve also been a trusted godparent of several friends’ fur babies over the years, from sleepy senior shih-tzu mixes to velcro pitties to a cat who definitely secretly thinks he's Spider-Man. I genuinely love getting to know each little guy’s quirks, routines, boundaries, and preferred amount of attention, whether that means lots of playtime, a very specific dinner ritual, or simply being nearby while they take a cat nap. I recently finished grad school and am currently applying for jobs from home, which means I spend a lot of my day at my computer and would be extremely delighted to have a coworker keeping me company. Your pet will never be out of sight, and I have plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, meals, medication, potty breaks, or lots and lots of belly rubs. And if I’m being honest, your fur baby will be doing me just as much of a favor by reminding me to step away from my laptop every once in a while and touch some grass (literally or metaphorically). I’m also happy to bring that same routine to your home for house sitting, so your pet can stay comfortable in their own space. Whether I’m a guest in your home or your fur baby is visiting mine, my goal is to make their routine feel as familiar and stress-free as possible. I’m very tidy, attentive, respectful of your space, and mindful of the little things that help them feel more comfortable. I’ll follow your care instructions diligently, respond to your pet’s needs quickly and gently, and do my best to keep their environment calm, safe, and fun. I’m also big on communication, so I’m more than happy to send regular updates, photos, and little check-ins, if you’d like. And I’ll always reach out if I notice anything unusual or have a question about their care. I do live in an apartment, so I don’t have a private yard, but my building has a lovely open courtyard where your pet can get some fresh air and explore. For dogs who need more outdoor time, I’m also flexible with building regular walks and potty breaks into their routine. And indoors, I have plenty of open space for them to roam, play, stretch out, and make themselves at home. More than anything, I want you to feel at ease leaving your fur baby in my care. I know how much that trust means, and I’ll always do my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

I truly can’t say enough amazing and wonderful things about Theresa and Trey! They were absolutely incredible with my Frenchie and made the whole experience so amazing, easy and comforting. From the moment we met, I could tell they genuinely love animals and would take great care of my fur baby. They welcomed my dog like he was part of their own family and I could tell he was loved and cared for every single moment he was with them. I loved receiving updates, adorable photos and videos each day which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Yuliia was absolutely wonderful with Rudi! From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, communicative, and attentive, and it was so clear how genuinely she and her family cared for him. She sent us lots of photos and videos throughout his stay, and Rudi looked so happy, relaxed, and completely at home with them. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. By the end of his stay, it honestly felt like he had become part of their family! We came home to a very happy pup. Kari was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of Ophelia and made sure she got plenty of walks, fetch, playtime, and love. In every single picture, Ophelia looked so happy, relaxed, and content—it was clear she felt completely comfortable with Kari. I felt confident knowing Ophelia was in such caring and attentive hands. Dasha is top tier dogsitter. She took care of and boarded Bella, my senior dog, a 17 yo furbaby, who is very high needs. She was meticulous with following the detailed instructions for Bella. She was very caring and compassionate as well as patient, meeting all of Bella's needs and going above and behind in the level of care asked of her. I AM SO VERY APPRECIATIVE OF, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND, DASHA.
Kayla was great! She wanted to talk about my cat Hugo to make sure she understood all of his needs before taking the booking.
