“This was my first time using Rover, and let me say this has been the best experience for me and my fur baby all because of how great David was! My cat became acutely ill before I was going on vacation and I was so stressed about my cat getting their medicine. I picked David on Rover because he has experience will giving medication to animals, and I am so happy I did. He came over and not only ensured the medication was given and my cat was given some loving, but sent me detailed updates on how she was doing and would send pictures. Additionally, David respected my home. Overall, this first time experience exceeded my expectations because of how professional, friendly, and experienced David was. “Susan has been the most reliable and compassionate pet sitter we’ve ever had! She treated my dog like her own and that made us feel so comforted when we were away. She has watched our dog for years now. One instance of Susan’s amazing service and compassion was when we had a power outage in freezing temps and had to find a hotel. The only hotel we could book was pet free so I reached out to her and without hesitate she took my giant girl in. We were so grateful because it was such short notice and she was so caring about our situation. I would recommend Susan to any of my friends in the area!”
