“Lily was great! She was able to accommodate weekend drop-ins for my 2 kitties Missy and Elliot on a bit of a short notice. She's responsive and easy to communicate with, came over to meet me, the kitties, and go over everything before I left for my trip. She sent pictures at each visit and helped clean up after Elliot threw up. My kitties were happy, healthy and the place was exactly as I left it. She even washed their food bowls for me after the last drop-in, that's a detail no other Rover person has done😊 would definitely choose Lily again!”

She did lots of research and watched YouTube videos and even came over several times to watch me before her first time. I haven’t had service like this on rover for years and it’s really comforting especially for a service as sensitive as this that I have someone who cares about animals as much as I do. I’m so grateful for her help.”
