I have availability around my work schedule that I update periodically with rover. i welcome weekly scheduled visits as well as semi-regular and occasional bookings as well. times are subject to change based off the needs of my nanny families and first come first serve through rover. I do school pick up at 3pm and can work around it as needed. I offer all pets a baseline of affection, making sure they're fed and have water, taking them out for bathroom breaks, playing ball, making sure theyre dry when they go inside if its wet out, etc. for more dedicated care I request we meet in person to go over specific care instructions. For things like senior care, administering medicine, or disability, instructions must be written down either at the house or in the rover app.

It's important for me to be aware of any triggers your pet may have so I can maintain in control and keep everyone safe as best as possible. If your pet is a rescue, I would like to know what special behaviors need to be accommodated. I like to keep an open line of communication with anyone I caretake for so even if we run into a small issue, I make sure to communicate about it so we can stay on the same page and they recieve the same care they do at home.
A typical day
For all pets, i love to give them all the love they desire. for cats, indoor play can be so fun when theyre engaged. i always do my best to first make sure they feel comfortable with me in their house. for dogs, I love to take my own dog out to the forest, park, or the beach which im happy to do with your dog as well. most of my clients prefer walks in the neighborhood, playing with toys and balls in the backyard, playing fetch at a local park, and practicing tricks for treats.

My name is Jovian (Jovi for short). I am a nanny, a pet sitter, and a mother to one dog (12yrs old) and two kids (4 and 6). I am thorough, committed, proactive, and have plenty of experience with all sorts of animals. I am currently available for both cat and dog visits and can accommodate reoccurring visits if needed. I find great fulfillment in being a caretaker for children and pets and would love to extend that to your household. my children love to join me when theyre not in school, but I can do childless visits if need be. thank you for your time and I'm looking forward to meeting your companion(s)!

Jovian did drop-in visits for our two cats while we were away and it was completely stress-free. Great photo updates every visit, and both cats were relaxed and well fed when we got home. Easy to communicate with and accommodating when our plans had to change. We'll book her again.
Jovian was incredible. We were going out of town and had someone drop out of giving our senior kitty subcutaneous fluids the night before. Jovian immediately replied to us, came over, and successfully went through the process with us and our cat. She took care of our cat’s fluids very well while we were gone. She is thorough, was attentive and calm with our cat, is professional, and is communicative. We are so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her!
We are so appreciative of Jovi’s care, handling, and understanding for our big, energetic 1.5 year old Labrador puppy! Her walks are consistent and timely, she is responsive to work with, and she always makes sure our pup has water before she leaves. Thank you, Jovi!
