We returned from our trip to find one of our pets missing. After searching for a couple hours we found him stuck in a loft on adjacent property. We had no notice he had escaped. When we asked her about it she started arguing and saying that it wasn’t her…. Terrible service. If I wanted someone to lose my cat my neighbor could’ve don’t that for free. He’s a short hair cat who has never been outside enduring close to freezing weather. This is completely unacceptable.
