Prince can be a bit of a fussy eater and needs some encouragement during mealtime, but they handled that with great patience and care, making sure he was well-fed and comfortable. Kelly was just marvelous with my special needs pup Toph! My pup came back happy, well cared for, and clearly well loved. Kelly took the time to sit down and explain their methods, show me around the space and yard, talk about what their schedule and maximum doggy capacity is, take thorough notes, and talk through treats and medication and allow Toph to meet their dog. I couldn’t have asked for a better rover experience, I felt like they were so thoughtful and considerate. They even have Bluetooth tags for each dogs under their care which is so lovely. Updates and pictures provided while I was out were also a delight. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kelly and Karen in the future for any other trips I might be taking.
Our little Luna had the best experience yet on her Rover vacation with Tenzin and family. They treated her like a part of their family! We loved that they only take one dog at a time, which helps our nervous dog. Also, we could tell by the daily photos that she was happy and content. They were very attentive of her special diet and allergies, and helping her adjust by sticking to her daily routine. We will definitely be coming back!

Nathan watched our two dogs for almost two weeks and they came home happy, healthy and tired out (a good thing)! He is also great about sending pictures of the dogs. This is the second time he’s watched our dogs and we have felt like they are in great hands both times.
