She provided regular updates about how he was doing and sent me lots of pictures. Ai is also so thoughtful in wanting her guests to be comfortable that she asked for Jasper to arrive a little earlier than my booking to help him settle in before I was away and harder to reach. I am never worried about leaving my pug with Melodie and her husband. My dog loves running around their backyard and playing with the other dogs. Melodie is very flexible and accommodating. So when my plane was late in arriving and I wasn’t able to pick up Biscuit I didn’t have to worry. I knew we would work it out.

Barak was absolutely fantastic with my dog! Having a high-energy mix of Belgian Malinois, German Shepherd, and Australian Shepherd means finding the right sitter is never easy, but Barak handled him brilliantly. He was incredibly attentive, gave great advice, and knew exactly how to channel and manage that intense working-breed energy throughout the stay. His own dog was also an amazing companion for mine.
