“We had a great experience leaving our 7 month old puppy with Charmaine for four nights. We were nervous at first as this was our first time away, but she put us at ease and we felt like our puppy had a great time socializing with the other dogs. He appeared well cared for and calm when we picked him up. Charmaine was very easy to work with and responded to all of our questions thoroughly. “If I could give more stars we would. Kelly and Karen did a meet and greet with us and Ollie. You could tell right away that they are experienced and have a manner that dogs would be happy and comfortable with. Our dog doesn’t usually like other dogs other than our daughters’ dogs and Ollie was like a different dog! He was actually friendly with their dog. Kelly and Karen are true dog whisperers! We were beyond thrilled with their love of care our needy dog. They were the best and I would shout out to anyone to pick them! They had regular communication and pics for us. She has a great set-up for boarding and a playful, furry little concierge of her own to welcome newcomers and make them feel at home. This was Maggie's first time boarding with Ali, and she took wonderful care of our girl. Maggie had her own designated sleeping and feeding areas, lots of room to run around, and good company to play with. Ailyn took wonderful care of George. This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about the process, but the moment we met Ailyn for our meet and greet I knew my pup was in amazing hands. My dog was really happy to see Nancy again! She settled in comfortably before long at all, and seemed to really have a blast playing with her friend Johnny. He is the sweetest and a good host to other dogs! Nancy is great to work with, including going out of her way to be helpful with scheduling, and I can tell my dog is well cared-for with her.
Sarah took good care of my dogs and was very patient and accommodating with pick up when my flight was delayed, which I was extremely grateful for! She was very communicative and sent pictures of my pups while I was gone. One of my dogs is deaf and can be very nervous, so I am super appreciative of Sarah’s patience with him during his stay.
Christine was a lifesaver! Our original sitter cancelled the day before we needed care, and Christine stepped in last minute to watch our dog Milo for a full week. Since it was a last minute booking, we didn't even get to do a meet and greet beforehand, so I was pretty anxious about leaving him for that long with someone new. Christine was incredibly communicative and sent daily updates that put me at ease right away. Milo can be picky around other dogs (he likes his space) and gets attached to people easily, but the videos she sent showed him totally comfortable with the other pups and clearly getting all the cuddles and attention he craves. Her home is spotless and well set up, and the backyard/deck space for the dogs is amazing. We'll absolutely be booking with Christine again. Highly recommend if you need someone reliable and trustworthy, even on short notice!
I was quite nervous to leave Scout with a sitter, especially as this was the longest period I've gone without her in all of her 11 years. I couldn't sleep for weeks! But Prescilla eased all my worries immediately. She sent me regular updates, photos, and videos of Scout's daily life in their household and I could tell that after a few days she was already settled in. I've already rebooked with Prescilla and I know that I won't be nearly as anxious next time, knowing that Scout is in good hands.
Lauren was amazing and provided a great environment for Riker to play, rest, and be comfortable. I received regular updates, photos and felt comfortable that my little guy was in good hands. Lauren was also flexible and worked with my flight schedule on return. I look forward to my next trip when I can book with Laruen & Ryan again!
