We boarded our pet Teddy with Jeffrey and Eunice for an entire month, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What could have been a stressful time was made completely easy and worry-free by them and their wonderful family. They treated Teddy like their own, sending us daily photos and videos that gave us so much peace of mind. Their pet, Spot, is incredibly friendly, and the two bonded beautifully, which made Teddy’s stay even more special. It truly felt like Teddy was staying with family rather than being boarded. We’re deeply grateful for the love, care, and attention they gave him. Highly, highly recommended and we wouldn’t think twice about choosing them again.
Namhee was amazing. Our dog Lady is a fussy eater and Namhee never gave up and made it her mission to make Lady eat at least something each day. She cooked organic meals for her when Lady refused her usual food. Namhee's daily updates were one of our vacation highlights. Everybody in the family wanted to read the detailed daily reports which accompanied the numerous photos and videos. Highly recommend Namhee. I hope that for our next trip she's free to take in Lady again.
As always, Stacey was amazing for us and Sam. Stacey, her husband, two girls, two cats, and Lab Odin are just the best family we can imagine to watch over Sam when travel takes us away. While on the trip, Stacey provided at least once (usually twice) daily updates and photos to let us know how Sam was doing and what he was up to. The peace of mind in being away with Sam in her care is immeasurable, and we will continue to use Stacey and her family as often as we can. We simply cannot recommend them highly enough!
Nishi and family were communicative, easy to work with, and my dog Gatsby was taken care of like he was their own. Nishi was great about sending updates and the cutest photos and videos! The house is beautiful, clean, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Nishi followed all instructions and handled Gatsby’s quirks with ease. Gatsby came home happy, healthy, and tired from all the fun playing he did with the family! Will definitely book again.
Our dog Khai stayed with her for four weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. He was very well taken care of the entire time. We received consistent updates and photos, and she was always very responsive to our questions. When we picked Khai up after his stay, he was clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. We would absolutely recommend her and would book again!
Avery was absolutely wonderful with Moose during the week she took care of him over Christmas. From the start, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and attentive, and her communication gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We are especially grateful that she was able to help us on such short notice during the holidays. We came home to a very happy pup and couldn’t be more thankful.
