“Namhee was amazing. Our dog Lady is a fussy eater and Namhee never gave up and made it her mission to make Lady eat at least something each day. She cooked organic meals for her when Lady refused her usual food. Namhee's daily updates were one of our vacation highlights. Everybody in the family wanted to read the detailed daily reports which accompanied the numerous photos and videos. Highly recommend Namhee. Jeehyun and family were incredible! They sent pictures and videos every day. I could see all the interaction Lexi had with the kids and Jeehyun. She sent frequent messages letting us know how Lexi was doing. For a dog that has some separation anxiety, she was very well loved. I would definitely use Jeehyun again.
We have been clients of Carolyne for over ten years! We actually plan our trips around her availability and have even decided against a trip or two because she was not available. One of our dogs is a senior who has lost his hearing and our other dog is a rescue who is terrified of people -- but not Carolyne! They have the best time visiting with her and we have peace of mind when we travel knowing they are in the best care possible.
Rachael was amazing with Polo! She sent lots of cute photos and updates, and it was clear he was having a great time. Mango is such a sweet dog, and the two of them got along so well. They went hiking, visited parks, and had lots of fun together. We really appreciated all the love and care she gave Polo and would happily book with her again!

This was the first time we’ve used Rover. Jiyeon was super attentive, responsive, and gave daily updates on our pup. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and thoughtful consideration Jiyeon gave when it came to looking after our pup and updating us while away. As this is my first time boarding our pup, I forgot some items. Jiyeon was there to save the day and gladly stepped in to make sure our pup didn’t go without. We have already booked a future date with Jiyeon and are comforted our pup will be left in good hands.
Inge was a fantastic first time sitter for Saylor. She provided routine morning updates and added more liquid to Saylor’s diet (with our consent) to combat dehydration.
