“We were first boarders of our 13mo old pup Kylo, and we thought we were super fortunate to connect with Shauna. Right from beginning she was very warm and supportive in her communication. At the meet and greet, Shauna and her husband Tim were very welcoming. Their pup Noah was part of the welcoming party and took to Kylo right away. They were extremely accommodating of our late drop-off and pick-up times, especially as our flight back was delayed by 3 hours. Through the stay, Shauna kept us regularly updated of Kylo's wellbeing and shared photos every night. She even ingenuously improvised on Kylo's food when he wasn't eating much during the first few days. Overall, we are deeply appreciative of Shauna and in future we will be checking her availability before planning an out of town trip.”

Shizuko was wonderful with our senior yorkie-poodle, Titan! He has to take a lot of medication, and Shizuko was able to administer the medicine and follow his schedule. She was also able to watch him for an extra day when my flight got cancelled. Very consistent communication and we appreciated getting all of the photos and updates of Titan’s time there. Titan enjoyed being with her and was sad to leave when I picked him up. Would absolutely recommend Shizuko to anyone who is looking for a rover, and we will be using her services again in the future!

Carissa was great with Ollie! He can be an anxious pup so we did a trial overnight stay before our actual trip to help him get comfortable. Carissa was very understanding of his anxiety and needs including his medication. She was super nice, communicative, and sent updates and photos throughout his stay which gave us peace of mind. This was the third time Jeehyun has taken care of Gwen, and once again, she gave her the most loving and attentive care while were away on our Kauai vacation.
