“Jenny was an excellent dog sitter! I was concerned that I would not be able to communicate with her because my Spanish is bad, but her sweet son was able to translate for us. She was very attentive to Bouncer during his weekend stay and sent me updates with a picture of him. The best part was that she and her family were very kind. Kindness is not something you can translate. You can just feel it. Also, her prices were unbeatable! Would highly recommend her services to anyone. Jenny fue una excelente cuidadora de perros! They met it outside, came prepared with treats and greeted our dogs with so much love and kindness. We received constant updates, texts and videos that made our vacation 100 times better. They took such loving and thoughtful care of Prince, treating him like their own. He was not just looked after, but genuinely happy—getting plenty of exercise with runs, lots of affection, and constant attention. We especially appreciated how neat and clean they kept him and all his belongings. Their beautiful gals took wonderful care. Prince can be a bit of a fussy eater and needs some encouragement during mealtime, but they handled that with great patience and care, making sure he was well-fed and comfortable. Kelly and Karen are Great! They were so kind, understanding and careful with our 18yr old blind pup. Everything about this stay was perfect. From the meet and greet, trip pictures and vidio (he was obviously having a good time) to pickup and debrief, I would recommend these people to care for everyone's fur babies. I just hope they aren't booked solid the next time we need them.
We are SO grateful to have found Dena and have our girl, Juno, receive her loving care. Her communication was always kind, timely and responsive, and she sent photos regularly to us that made it clear our Juno was having a wonderful time during her stay. Even though Juno tends to be anxious in unfamiliar surroundings, she seemed right at home with Dena and the 2 or 3 other compatible boarding dogs she met during her 4 night stay. She appeared to be having more fun in the pics than she does in her own home!! We look forward to having Juno in Dena’s care for future bookings.
We have been clients of Carolyne for over ten years! We actually plan our trips around her availability and have even decided against a trip or two because she was not available. One of our dogs is a senior who has lost his hearing and our other dog is a rescue who is terrified of people -- but not Carolyne! They have the best time visiting with her and we have peace of mind when we travel knowing they are in the best care possible.
Rachael was amazing with Polo! She sent lots of cute photos and updates, and it was clear he was having a great time. Mango is such a sweet dog, and the two of them got along so well. They went hiking, visited parks, and had lots of fun together. We really appreciated all the love and care she gave Polo and would happily book with her again!
Scott and Jessica cared for Leroy so well. He was 1 month out of surgery and stayed with them for 12 days. I’m so grateful that they were willing to accommodate the extra work it required to make him comfortable and help with his recovery. Their house is amazing for dogs, their sons are awesome, and they were super communicative and kind.
Emily was great! This was our first time leaving Frankie for longer than a couple of days since we got her as a puppy, so naturally we were nervous, but Emily made it easy to relax on vacation instead of worry about our pup. She sent regular updates and photos, and I could tell Frankie had a blast with them and their dog Luna! We will definitely book with Emily again!
Bridgett took really good care of Sidney. She kept us informed about Sidney's well-being at all times and even sent us videos. Overall, the communication was top-notch. Sidney also seemed to have a really good time with Bridgett and her son as she got lots of love and play time.
