It was perfect! Nathan works from home so he can keep eyes on dogs. Our dog was laying around under his desk and looked comfortable. Totally worry free! Nathan is so easy to communicate and sent us pictures every day. Highly recommended!”

About: I've cared for pets such as cats, small dogs, reptiles (e.g. lizards and turtles), fish, rabbits, and birds for family, friends, and clients. Several of those animals had special needs due to their age and/or health and required things like shots, oral medications and massage. People ask me to tend to their "animal kids" because I'm reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Heck, Animal Planet even featured me, back in 2010, on their TV show "Cats 101" on a segment about Devon Rex cats that paint! I'm a former volunteer for the Humane Society and a pet shelter, where I obtained my own 3 cats (now age 14) after foster parenting their mom and siblings. I'm also mom to a 1-year-old Cavalier King Charles dog that I groom and train myself. I'd love to take care of your pets to put your mind at ease while you're away. I'm fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Serving the vicinity of Kenmore and Bothell. I am happy to send you photos of your pet(s) during my visits. I talk to animals in a calm, soothing voice, which I find helps me build trust and connect with them, especially timid or nervous pets, in non-threatening way. While you’re away, I’ll send you photos and updates about your pet, their routines, and their environment so you can relax and enjoy your time away, knowing your pet is well cared for. I often send clients photos of their pets eating their food and treats, drinking, playing, and enjoying belly rubs and neck scratches. For cats, I also send photos before and after cleaning the litter box so you can see that I’m staying on top of their care and daily routines. DOG BOARDING: I have a fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood next to a golf course near Lake Washington. It’s a particularly calm setting for dogs who are afraid of loud noises, such as fireworks. We also have a gated deck where dogs can safely relax and enjoy some sunshine. My own dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, takes potty breaks about every two hours, so I’m happy to provide frequent potty breaks for your dog, too. At night, your dog(s) will sleep in a quiet spot inside their crate, which you provide along with any bedding so they are in a cosy space with familiar scents for their comfort. If your senior dog has trouble walking on hard floors: Our adjoined living and dining rooms (and access to deck and backyard) are carpeted, whereas our kitchen and front entryway (and access to food and neighborhood walks) are tiled or hardwood. Thus, we can assist your dog when they need to walk on the hard floors.
“Jeehyun is such a caring and loving dog sitter! Gwennie stayed at her place for one week and she had a great time there. Because Gwennie is almost blind, I was a little bit worried at beginning whether she would be able to adapt the new environment well. I was amazed that Gwennie did not show any signs of anxiety. She eats well, sleeps well and plays well with Mimi (Jeehyun's little dog). Jeehyun's two daughters Hana and Yoona are wonderful sitter assistants! They did a great job help taking care of Gwennie, training her and playing with her. We will definitely let Gwennie come back for another vacation in the future! Also, Jeehyun is a great communicator. She gave me update everyday about Gwen's activities. We had so much fun watching the photos and videos Jeehyun sent to me which allowed us to enjoy our trip without any worry on Gwennie. Barak was absolutely fantastic with my dog! Having a high-energy mix of Belgian Malinois, German Shepherd, and Australian Shepherd means finding the right sitter is never easy, but Barak handled him brilliantly.
