About: Hi! I’m Alex. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ve owned and cared for pets for as long as I can remember. I’ve also spent time working with rescue animals, which has given me experience from a variety of backgrounds, personalities, and comfort levels. I’m naturally patient and calm, especially with shy, nervous, or slow-to-warm-up pets. I’m happy to give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable, and I’ve found that even our more hesitant guests tend to warm up pretty quickly. Sarah and I work together with boarding, walks, and drop-ins, so there’s usually an extra set of hands and eyes available when needed. Whether it’s getting outside for a walk, playing in the yard, sticking to a feeding or medication routine, or just hanging out on the couch, my goal is to make each pet feel safe and comfortable while they’re with us. Boarding Includes: ✔ Safe, clean, climate-controlled home ✔ Fresh water at all times ✔ Feeding according to your pet’s normal schedule ✔ Frequent supervised potty breaks and outdoor time in our large fenced yards ✔ Playtime, enrichment, and appropriate socialization ✔ Plenty of affection, cuddles, movies, and music ✔ Clean bedding sanitized between guests ✔ Routine medications and injections when arranged in advance ✔ Photo and/or video updates Owners must provide food, treats, supplements, medications, and any specialty items their pet requires. Bathing, grooming, and transportation may be available for an additional fee. We do not take guest dogs to dog parks. Highly reactive dogs or significant flight risks may have exercise limited to our secure yard and structured enrichment. 📋 Booking & Scheduling Your pet will be staying in our private home, not a traditional boarding facility. Meet-and-greets, drop-offs, and pick-ups are by appointment and must take place during the agreed-upon window. Please communicate as early as possible if you expect to be delayed. 🏥 Health & Behavior Requirements We cannot accept pets who: • Have a contagious illness or parasites • Have a history of aggression or biting • Experience severe separation anxiety involving prolonged distress, vocalization, or destruction • Cannot safely be left alone for short periods • Have escape behaviors that cannot be safely managed Pets must be current on legally required vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, anxiety, bite history, or escape tendencies before booking. Undisclosed medical or behavioral concerns that create a safety issue may result in the stay ending early without refund. 💊 Medication & Veterinary Care Routine medications and injections can be administered at no additional charge when written instructions are provided. Medications should be clearly labeled and in their original containers whenever possible. If your pet becomes sick or injured, we will contact you as soon as possible. If urgent veterinary care is necessary and you cannot be reached, your designated emergency contact must be authorized to make decisions on your behalf. Veterinary expenses are the owner’s responsibility. I cannot not held liable for any preexisting conditions your pet may have. 🤝 Meet & Greets Meet-and-greets, drop-offs, and pick-ups are conducted outdoors. Because this is our private residence and past theft incidents, we do not offer in-person home tours. FaceTime or virtual tours are available upon request. 🧼 Cleaning & Damage Normal accidents are expected! However, excessive cleaning, repeated indoor accidents, bathing, laundry, or property damage may result in additional charges. Visits are tailored to your pet’s routine and may include walks, potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, medications, litter box care, playtime, enrichment, and companionship. We’re also happy to bring in packages or handle small pet-related household tasks when requested. Your privacy and security are important to us. We only access areas of your home necessary to provide your pet’s care. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies above. ⭐️ I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, structured care, and plenty of time to get outside and have fun playing in the yard. My mornings usually start around 5:30 a.m., but if your dog likes to sleep in, I’m happy to keep things quiet! Throughout the day, there are plenty of breaks between meetings for outdoor time and what I like to call “pawty time” equal parts potty breaks and playtime. If your pup prefers a more relaxed day, I have a comfy couch and multiple dog beds throughout the house for lounging and naps. After work and into the evening, we wind down with dinner, a movie or TV show, a few more pawty breaks, and then head to bed. During waking hours, there is always full supervision for your pet. Our yard is fully fenced, Odin or other guest dogs are always separated while enjoying any high value food, treats, or toys. My partner and I work diligently to keep your pet healthy, safe, and happy during their time with us.

About: I’m Dexter. I’ve owned dogs and cats for 26 years (my whole life), 4 different dogs and 4 different cats. I’ve trained them, spoiled them, and loved them all. I cared for them in times of good health and illness until the very end. I currently live with my family, and we have 2 golden doodles who are 5 and 6 years old. We also have 1 elderly cat that is kept in a separate area of the house. I am currently in between jobs and studying for licensing exams in the financial services industry. I don’t have any experience taking care of animals as an occupation, however, I’ve owned and taken care of pets my whole life and have a deep love for all animals. I’ve spent a significant amount of time taking care of my two golden doodles over the past 5-6 years. I spend a lot of time at home, whether I’m taking care of my animals, doing research or making food. I typically run errands and go to the gym during the day for about 2-3 hours. I have several kennels and crates in my house and plenty of toys to keep pets distracted and safe. I have a fenced yard at my home. I feel most comfortable with that environment for the safety of pets. I typically don’t take my eyes off my dogs or other pets unless I’ve put them in kennels with food, Kong and/or treat. I believe regular crate time is healthy but not always necessary if pets are well behaved. This may vary on a case by case basis.

Peng has been just amazing! This was our second time with her looking after our shy babies. They couldn’t wait for her to visit them and play and pose. One of the very shy ones even allowed Peng to pet her, which is usually hard. Peng is very prompt in her interactions, shares meaningful daily updates with photos and very punctual. She also kept an eye out for any accidents and ensures they were taken care off. Cannot thanks enough to Peng to keep us assured of our babies well being! Highly recommended!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
