“I’m always reluctant to leave reviews unless the services were EXCEPTIONAL and David doesn’t disappoint. Like his other reviews, he’s really communicative. Goes above and beyond. He came to my house for drop in visits. And although he didn’t have to, he cleaned the poop in the backyard and brushed the dogs. He sent me pictures. I also had the wrong address in Seattle (I live in Lynnwood). He drove to Seattle and back and I totally deserved a good complaining BUT instead he replied “no problem” and drove all the way back up to Lynnwood. If anyone is hesitating using David, I wouldn’t!!!!! He’s 200%! Love the guy! He’s so great! And one of my dogs has serious behavioral issues too!”
About: I'm super passionate about animals and pet care, and I am grateful for every opportunity to hang out with them. Wonderful as always! We've been booking Natali to do mid-day drop-ins to let our dog out and play with him, and she's wonderful. She takes care of our dog, and also always makes sure to give tons of updates and notes. We have a cat as well and Natali isn't doing any cat services during her drop-ins, but Natali noted the other day that our cat was lazy and didn't come to greet her like usual, so she wanted to let us know in case anything was wrong with the cat. The cat was totally fine, but Natali's communication demonstrated that she really cares, pays attention, and takes such wonderful care.
Jessica came for a drop-in visit for our dog, Mazzy. She played frisbee with her, let her have a dip in her pool and wiped her down before coming back in the house. It was great knowing that we could count on Jessica to give our dog a break and some attention while we were gone for the day. We will definitely hire her again. Thanks Jessica!
1000% recommend Samanta! I was nervous since it was the first time being away from our 10mo old bengal along with our 15yr old bengal but from day 1 Samanta set my worries aside. She won both of my cats over! She gave very detailed updates each day on their eating, behavior, litter routine, playtime. Lots of pictures and videos which we loved! When we came home both kitties were perfectly happy - I think they were wondering where was Samanta lol. It was also so nice to come back to everything taken care of after the late flight in - she even prepped for the next day which I sooo appreciated. I will definitely seek her out the next time we’re out of town to take care of our kitties!!
Jeanne took wonderful care of our three cats while we were away for five days. She was very communicative and sent thoughtful updates and photos after every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind. She is clearly a cat expert and quickly understood each cat’s personality and adjusted her approach accordingly. She made sure our extremely social cat got plenty of attention and playtime while respecting the other two’s need for space. She was very observant and asked thoughtful questions whenever something seemed out of the ordinary, making sure all of our cats were safe and happy. She also went above and beyond by keeping our home tidy and bringing in our packages. We would absolutely trust Jeanne with our cats again. Highly recommend!
All I can say about Xiuqi is that she is amazing. She took care of my kitties like they were her own. She was always on time and went above and beyond to take care of them. Though I had special request she took care of my concerns right away. She is a great communicator as well. Would recommend her with no hesitation.

Summer’s care was excellent. Would highly recommend and book again! She did drop in visits with our Labrador twice a day for a week and we could not be happier. Her care was excellent, updates were timely and always had photos as requested. Our home was well taken care of and Emma our dog well fed and happy and healthy when we returned!
Elaina was amazing with my cat, Olive, during two weeks of drop-in visits! Olive is very cautious around new people and even hissed a little at first, but Elaina was patient, understanding, and never discouraged. She gave Olive the time she needed, and by the end, Olive had warmed up to her, which is a huge deal. Elaina provided great communication, lots of photos and updates, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat and couldn’t be happier. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
