“I have a 13 yo German Wire Haired pointer that due to arthritis is not able to accompany me anymore on long day trips. For the first time, and with no small amount of anxiety, I left him in the care of Hattie for a drop in visit mid-day and a walk. She was kind, caring, prompt and provided photos and a “report” of the walk so that I could enjoy my day away and know my dog was well cared for! Merry Christmas to me!”

“Angelica was a life saver in a pinch! She was thoroughly communicative, eager to help out, and super capable! She sent me lots of photos and communicated effectively when I needed it most.”

“Great experience overall. Very responsive, kept us updated with lots of great photos, and took excellent care of our pets. We felt totally at ease while we were away. Would absolutely book again.”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She is just incredible. She checked in multiple times a day, sending pictures and very long (VERY appreciated) descriptions of the visits. She confirmed all the logistics so I didn’t have to think about anything. My cat absolutely adored her and I felt so lucky my baby was in safe hands. I will definitely book with her again!! 🥰”

“Maria came to visit my dogs twice a day during my trip. My dogs, especially MeeMee, loved to play with Maria. My sister told me that MeeMee longed for Maria each day. Really appreciate all the photos and videos. They were lovely and fun.”

“Absolutely phenomenal. Aimee embodies exactly what we wanted for a drop-in Rover: trustworthy, caring, spectacular communication, prompt, leaves the place as clean (or cleaner!) than she found it, and loves our canines like they're her own.”

“Noelle is such a wonderful, loving sitter! First time booking with rover and I am so thankful she booked with me! My lil pup loves her and has helped him with keeping with potty training, short walks outside, and even train him! I would definitely rebook! I actually booked for the entire month and I am glad that my pup has someone like her since I can’y be with him all the time. Thanks Noelle!”

“Shannon is great, very easy to work with and she took great care Mylo while I was out of town. I very much appreciate her help. I would definitely recommend her, but the only issue is if you book her you might take time away when I need her again. 🤔 Just kidding book her if you need her help! 😂”

“Anna was amazing with our 10 week old golden retriever puppy! After our meet and greet I felt at ease knowing she would be checking in with our pup! She played lots with him and shared great photos! We will be asking to have her check in lots!”

“Elaina was loving, attentive and supportive to our elderly cat while we were on vacation for a week! She sent photos every day, took wonderful care of our cat, and wonderful care of our home! I highly recommend Elaina to everyone!”
About: I have experience with small to large dogs. I grow up with a chihuahua and my grand parents raised Great Danes. I enjoy cuddle time on the couch to playing in the backyard with toys. I'm happy to take dogs to different areas to go on sniff walks and have patience to work with puppies. I work 4 days a week so am using my free time to get some quality time with the pups and cats in the local community. I hope to provide a happy, peaceful environment when I am with your pet. I will follow any instructions provided by the pet parents and be attuned to your pets behaviors. I provide a mix of active outgoing with chill relaxation at home.
“Natali was excellent with our cat during drop-in visits! I could tell how much our cat loved her and when I got home he was much less immediately needy than usual, which means she was giving him plenty of playtime when she was here. Natali was also very accommodating when I made a mistake and accidentally switched an AM vs. PM in the booking. She was generous and flexible in her availability to cover the visit I had messed up. Overall excellent care for our cat. I would absolutely work with Natali again.”

“Jillayna is great. She’s very patient with Gizmo, and was very flexible with my schedule, and is always responsive. Always a pleasure when she keeps an eye on him when I’m out of town. She’s good with giving him attention when he wants it and just hanging out when he just wants to chill. Thanks!!”

“Tony is incredibly kind and our good girl just loves her! She has been doing daily drop-ins for us for several years. She is diligent about sending updates during the day and is quick to respond to my communications. I would highly recommend Tony to any pet parent!”

About: Hello from this dog lover! I love to spend time with dogs and spend hours playing with them. We spend our days exploring the backyard, long walks (or short ones if your dog can’t handle long ones!) and giving lots of love. I have grown up with three different breeds of dogs (Wheaten Terrier, Westies, and Welsh Terrier). I have spent time caring for a sick pup. One of my parents’ Westies died at a young age of unknown causes and I was the primary caregiver for her. She wouldn’t eat for anyone else or leave my side. I spend time taking care of my brothers’ dogs overnight while they go on vacation. I love spending time with them and boosts my energy. I currently own a two doodles. One was born in November 2019 and the other was born July 2023. I have experience helping with puppies and staying consistent with training. I hope to meet all kinds of breeds and give myself some exercise and puppy love in the process. I am currently working as a per diem sonographer. I have time to care for your pup and give them all the love they need while they are here. We go on daily walks and spend time in our fenced yard. I have a fully fenced 1/3 acre backyard for your dog to explore. I have two doodles that will keep your dog company as well as constant playtime.
About: I've been comfortable around dogs and cats for the majority of my life, and have taken a more active role in caring for friends/neighbors' pets since moving to Seattle a few years ago. Frequently neighbors have relied on me to watch their pets including taking them on walks, feeding and playing with them while they are out of town. I don't have pets of my own currently, so have lots of energy and excitement to love on your fur babies! I can work from home most days, and set my own schedule for the most part, so I am able to take short breaks to take pets on walks or work from another home to make sure the pup or kitty isn't alone for extended periods of time. I imagine pet care fitting easily into the days I work from home. I don't currently have any pets in my home. When it comes to pet sitting, I always make sure to open the door slowly if the pet is loose in the house. I let the pet sniff my hand before attempting to touch them, and give them space if they don't seem to want to interact with me. When it comes to walking, I don't walk with headphones in to make sure I can hear what else is going on nearby. I wouldn't take them near spaces where I know there are likely to be other dogs unless that is requested.
About: I’m a veterinary nurse student who truly loves being around animals and feels happiest when I am caring for them. Dog walking and pet sitting gives me the chance to build trust with each animal I meet, and I really enjoy creating moments of comfort, joy, and calm during their day. It is an honor to spend time with them and be part of their routine, even in small ways. I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and fish, so I understand that every animal is different. I have experience with seniors, high energy pets, and those who are nervous or reactive. Whether your pet needs calm companionship or playtime, I adjust to what makes them most comfortable. I will also keep you updated so you always know your pet is safe and in good hands. My goal is always to make their world feel a little brighter and more full of care. I’m a veterinary nursing student working in the field, so I’m available mainly weekdays in the afternoons and evenings. I focus on pet care during these times to stay fully present, attentive, and focused on your pet’s comfort and wellbeing. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I take time to understand each animal’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel secure and cared for while you are away. I also have experience working in veterinary and boarding settings, which has strengthened my ability to notice changes in behavior and respond appropriately.

Gabby is amazing! This was my second time booking her after she did an amazing job the first time. She is very professional and responds very quickly to messages. She has been going above and beyond for my kitties. My cats can take a while to warm up to others but they love her! I know they are in good hands when I leave them with her and I will continue to book her!

David went above and beyond, and even got our grumpy senior cat to like him. He did a great job at keeping the cats company while we were away and keeping an eye on our house. We appreciated his attention to detail and making sure our cats were well looked after.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! 🥰

This was our first time using Rover and felt a little nervous. As soon as we meet Kaitlyn for a meet and greet we felt extremely comfortable moving forward. She is extremely knowledgeable and we saw how comfortable she was with our two large labs. She provided detailed updates every time she came for our scheduled drop in visits. Will definitely rebook with her in the future 😊

Jillayna is exactly what someone would want when leaving their pet in someone else’s care. She did drop in visits with our cat for a few days and it went super well. She sent us daily updates and super detailed cards with everything she did while here. Her level of communication was amazing and so appreciated.

Mahria is fantastic. She's punctual, communicative, and has been graciously flexible with my schedule. She's very patient and caring with our two dogs, who both have behavioral issues in different ways and can be A LOT to handle. But most importantly, they LOVE LOVE LOVE her. The second I reach for the leashes they go nuts knowing that she's coming.
