Maybe cats should rule the world
I have many friends and clients with dogs, and I love and adore them. I’ve done house sitting and drop-ins—whichever you prefer. I’d love to meet your pup(s). My goal is simple: to provide the animal care you specify and give you peace of mind while you’re away from home. I’m happy to take photos and provide updates as often—or as little—as you’d like. My pet clients recently have included senior, rescue, blind & deaf dogs, Amazon parrot, cockatiels, leopard tortoise, red-footed tortoise, box turtles and koi fish. I've also facilitated cat rescue high above a park tree line using 3 ladders, 3 helpers and many onlookers. We got the cat down, yay! I keep my costs low and work for your trust and tip$ and if you feel I've exceeded your expectations, please let me know.

Jeanne is a great problem solver
This was our third time having Jeanne stay with our cat, but the first time we left her for two weeks, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jeanne is incredibly attentive and just seems to get it. She notices the little things, asks questions when something doesn't seem right, and sent us pictures and updates every day. Our cat is very demanding and likes a lot of attention and playtime, and Jeanne was great about spending a lot of time with her and keeping her company. More than anything, she understands what it means to leave a pet you love with someone else. Having someone who understands that and keeps us updated without us having to ask made it so much easier to be away. She's also extremely respectful of our home and always leaves everything clean and exactly as she found it. We ended up needing to extend our stay by a night at the last minute, and she was flexible and stayed an extra night. We're really happy we found Jeanne and will absolutely ask her to house sit for our kitty again.
As always, Jeanne is great with our pets and very diligent with their care. It’s so nice to see pictures of them playing around and clearly enjoying her company.
Jeanne was fantastic, starting all the way back at booking. She advertised availability for Labor Day weekend, and once we sent an inquiry, she was flexible and available for a meet and greet. Jeanne took excellent care of Potluck and took special care to note the routine our baby has. She was super communicative and even made sure to give Potluck a few extra special surprises over the weekend. Highly recommend Jeanne and would book again!
We are so glad we found Jeanne. She takes such great care of our dogs, is very communicative and has great attention to detail. Leaves our place so clean and takes good care of the house as well. It makes traveling easier knowing our dogs are in good hands. Thank you so much Jeanne!!

I have a flexible schedule, allowing me time to provide pet care. I keep my rates intentionally low and work hard to earn tips, always aiming to provide great service and value. If you feel I've exceeded your expectations, please let me know.

Safety, trust & environment
I have 4 cats at the moment. 2 are fosters I've had for over 1 year, the other 2 are house residents. I prefer to keep my fur fam indoors but have had indoor/outdoor cats as well. I feed 2x a day, treat bomb at times, and do boxes daily (cats prefer this). I have experience with older cats, I can administer meds orally, pills, liquid, and injections (hydration prescription). My goal is to provide you peace of mind while you are away from your home. I tend to send many pictures of your loves and keep you updated based on your preferences.
Pets
A typical day
At home I feed 2x a day, I like to" treat bomb" at times (I sequester the cats in our dedicated cat room, hide treats in cat appropriate areas, and let them loose throughout the home to find and enjoy. It's a real circus when I do the treat bombs!, And do the 4 litter boxes daily (cats prefer this). Playtime is always a hoot with 4 cats. Let me know what type of care you prefer.

- Before you book a service with me, I recommend we set up some time for a “meet & greet”. Meeting before booking is key to making sure it’s a good fit. After our initial “meet and greet” and learning about your pet families normal schedule, I’d like to learn more about your pet’s personality and playful quirks. I’ll then want to know more about your expectations on play time, scoop duty, how often you want to be updated. Keep in mind, until we officially book, I won't have access to your address to meet. That also means my Rover calendar is not blocked from others that wish to schedule my time. This is often not fully transparent in the app, so I wanted to note this for you if you wish to book my services. Thanks for reading this far, have a great day!
