When she came to the meet & greet, she developed a nice rapport with both cats, one very outgoing and one a little more shy, so I felt confident I'd made the right choice. Then while I was away, I got a notification every day with pictures and it looks like the cats thrived and had a great time during the visits. I appreciated her communication, for example, about days they didn't eat as much, so I felt she was paying attention and they were well cared for.
