I have two cats who each have different views when it comes to a stranger caring for them. About: I am a grandmother to a wonderful pug, and friend to his friends and family. My daughter and I have looked after Milo through all his special needs, and he is now a thriving senior of 10 years old. I have always had pets in my life, taking care of a beautiful King Charles Spaniel for 10 years also. I am working full time and I can be there for your pet on Saturdays and Sundays, those times when families may need to go out, or single people have something going on that was unexpected. About: I have taken care of a range of animals ever since I was 8 years old, from equine all the way to our gilled friends. My experience comes from personal ownership, working along side professional trainers to ensure the best well rounded care of my pets and their well-being, as well as a few opportunities working with military working dogs during my time in service. I am always working on furthering my understanding and knowledge of animal well-fare and behavior. I recently got out of the military and currently taking the summer off to reconnect with the things I love in life: animals, hiking, and nature. With time to take life at a slower pace, I am frequently available to love on and care for your furry-best friend. While I don't have a yard of my own, I am located under 10 minutes from Golden Gardens and within 15 minutes of the Magnuson off leash dog park. I have my own furry friend at home-an 7 year old Australian shepherd who believes he is a lap dog. Have a special daily routine or feeding plan? No worries! With lots of time on my hands, I can manage your and your pets needs, even if those needs are lengthy in time. My goal is to take the best care of your pet, so that you can come home and know that they were loved and cared for just as much as you do. I have known Steve for just over a decade and witnessed his love and commitment to his daughters and pets alike. His current pair of pooches are well-known around the city of Kirkland, Washington as they constitute his rooting section when he regularly plays tennis at a prominent public park downtown. Along with the dizzying highs of Buddy and Willow being part of his family, I recall the true sadness and sorrow of Steve when his longtime Golden Retriever Riley passed away from natural causes some years ago. As a friend, it was devastating to experience the raw angst and despondence of a man reduced to tears. I thoroughly believe and confident that Steve will be an asset to the Rover community as a proven and trusted source where dog lovers can place their faith in a person who is responsible and experienced in caring for dogs and creatures of all kinds.”
