I’ve owned pets my entire life and currently care for a dachshund, so I’m very familiar with reading behavior, respecting routines, and keeping things calm and predictable for your pet. I’m extremely punctual and detail-oriented. If your pet is used to a specific schedule or routine, I stick to it. That consistency makes a big difference in keeping pets relaxed while you’re away. I also bring a high level of professionalism and trust. I’ve worked with high-end clients and have experience caring for luxury homes, so I understand the importance of discretion, reliability, and respecting your space. As a rental property owner, I treat your home with the same level of care as my own. You’ll also get clear, high-quality photo and video updates during every visit. I run a video production company, so I make sure you’re not just getting a quick snapshot, but a real look at how your pet is doing. I’m comfortable with a wide range of care needs and have a strong understanding of pet behavior, plus direct access to veterinary insight through my sibling, who is a licensed vet with public health expertise (MPH). My goal is simple: make sure your pet is happy, your home is respected, and you feel completely at ease while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I run a video production company and work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the day. This allows me to plan visits around your pet’s routine and be consistent with timing. Whether it’s a midday drop-in or a scheduled walk, I’m able to show up reliably and without rushing. I’m also flexible with transportation and can walk, bike, or drive depending on what’s most efficient for your location. For house sitting I’m happy to spend plenty of time with your pet while keeping their normal routine. My standard house sitting rate includes overnight care and isn’t intended for continuous daytime supervision. If your pet needs someone with them for several hours at a time I’m happy to chat about constant care based on your schedule. I focus on caring for pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable and everything feels normal to them. When I’m in your space, I treat it the same way I treat my own properties. I keep things clean, follow your instructions closely, and make sure everything is secure before I leave. Nothing gets overlooked. For your pet, I stick to their routine as closely as possible, whether that’s feeding, a walk, some playtime, or just hanging out so they’re not alone. I pay attention to how they’re acting and feeling so if anything seems off, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Safety is always top of mind. Leashes, gates, feeding instructions, all the little details are handled the right way every time. And you’ll get solid photo and video updates so you can actually see how your pet is doing, not just a quick check-in. At the end of the day, I just want your pet to feel comfortable in their space and for you to feel like everything’s handled.

About: I am no stranger to pet care! I’ve been caring for my family’s dogs for as long as I can remember, from staying overnight while they’re on vacation to daily potty breaks, walks, and fun adventures. I truly love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I also have my own 5-year-old Goldendoodle, and we love going to the park and playing fetch together! Having my own dog has taught me the importance of routine, patience, and understanding each dog’s unique personality. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and temperaments, and I’m especially attentive to their individual needs. I can’t wait to meet your pup and give them the same love and care I give my own! I work part-time and attend school part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule. I have two in-person classes during the week (usually in the mornings) and work two full shifts on the weekends. Outside of that, I have plenty of availability during the week for walks, drop-ins, or extended stays. I’m happy to communicate clearly about timing and make sure your pet gets consistent care. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have experience caring for reactive dogs, including my own, which has helped me become very attentive to body language and behavioral cues. I understand the importance of giving dogs space when needed and using calm, positive reinforcement to help them feel secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all routines closely to maintain consistency and reduce stress. About: Hi! I’m a 28 year old lifelong animal lover with years of hands on experience caring for both dogs and cats. Over the last 10+ years, my family and I have had three Golden Retrievers and two cats, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. My most recent Golden, Bear, sadly passed away from cancer at only six years old. I currently don’t have any pets in my home, and pet sitting has become a really meaningful way for me to share all of the love and attention I still have to give while grieving my boy. ❤️ Before Bear, I had a Golden who became blind at seven years old. Caring for him taught me an incredible amount about patience, adapting to a pet’s individual needs, and helping an animal feel safe and confident. He went on to live a wonderful life until age 13.I live an active lifestyle and especially love caring for dogs who enjoy walks and adventures. One of my favorite things to do is take dogs on long, leisurely walks around downtown Kirkland, stopping at the park, exploring, and making sure they get plenty of time for all the important sniffing! I’m also completely happy tailoring walks and activity levels to your pet’s age, personality, and routine. At home, I’m attentive to the little things that help pets feel comfortable, fresh water every day, following their normal feeding schedule, owner approved treats, lots of affection and playtime, and plenty of opportunities to relax. If they enjoy background noise when I’m away, I’ll even leave Animal Planet on for them. Most importantly, I understand that your pet isn’t “just a pet.” They’re a part of your family, your daily life, and your heart. I work full time Monday–Friday from 9–5 in an office, so I’m a great fit for dogs who are comfortable with a typical weekday work schedule. I wake up early to make sure they get a good morning walk, potty break, breakfast, and some quality time before I head to work. After work, I love coming straight home and taking my furry guest out for a nice long walk so we can both decompress from the day! Evenings are spent walking, playing, relaxing, and giving them plenty of attention. On the weekends, it’s all about the dog! One of my favorite Friday night routines is heading to downtown Kirkland for a long leisurely walk, exploring the waterfront and parks, getting lots of sniffing time in, and enjoying the evening together. I’m very active, but I always tailor walks and activities to each dog’s age, energy level, and normal routine. When your pet stays with me, I plan my free time around them, they won’t just be an addition to my weekend plans; they’re part of the plans. My one bedroom condo is in a quiet North Kirkland community with plenty of grassy potty areas, walking paths, trails, and nearby parks. My unit is on the first floor and directly across the walking path from a large grassy area, which makes quick potty breaks especially easy in the mornings, evenings, or before bed. I currently have no pets of my own, so your pet will receive lots of individual attention while staying with me. They will be cared for exclusively by me and my boyfriend, who is also a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs. He helped care for my Golden Retriever, Bear, throughout his six years of life and also helped care for my senior Golden during the final four years of his life after he became blind. He is incredibly gentle with animals and is usually the first person to get down on the floor for some cuddles and relaxation. ❤️ My home is secure and pet-friendly, and being on the first floor makes coming and going especially convenient for dogs of all ages. In the summer, I have air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep pets comfortable, and in the winter my home stays warm and cozy with heat and an electric fireplace. Safety and trust are my top priorities. Dogs remain securely leashed outside, and I’m very attentive to our surroundings while walking, especially around traffic, intersections, other dogs, and busy roads. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, walking habits, anxieties, and any special instructions their family provides. I’m also the Vice President of my condo community’s HOA and take pride in helping make our community welcoming and considerate of pet owners. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my home while giving you peace of mind that they’re being cared for like family.

I've also been a cat parent for the past six years, which has given me plenty of firsthand experience with the very different personalities and needs of both cats and dogs. Over the years, friends have often trusted me to care for their pets while they're away. As a pet parent myself, I know how hard it can be to leave your pet and your home in someone else's hands. Having someone reliable, attentive, and trustworthy makes all the difference. That's exactly the kind of care I hope to provide. I'll treat your pets with patience and affection, respect their individual routines and personalities, and keep you updated so you can feel comfortable knowing they're in good hands while you're away. My schedule is currently quite flexible, which allows me to accommodate walks and drop-in visits at different times throughout the day. I do make plans and have activities of my own from time to time, but with a little advance notice, I can usually work around your pet's routine and find a time that works well. I know that trusting someone with both your pet and your home is a big deal. I will carefully follow your instructions and your pet's usual routine, keep dogs securely leashed during walks, and pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. During drop-in visits, I'll also treat your home with care and respect and make sure everything is secure before I leave.
