“Shana is a very prepared sitter. When we did an initial visit, she brought a notepad and took lots of notes. My building uses the Latch app and while we didn't struggle with this at first, unfortunately on the day of Shana's visit, it decided it needed to be updated, which can be really confusing for visitors. She was able to get it to work and get inside to take care of my two cats. She sent lots of great photos and they warmed up to her right away. I'd definitely book again :)”

“Lindsay provided great care to our three cats while we were away and even brought in our trash can and packages. We felt completely confident that our pets were in good hands. She provided thoughtful, daily updates that gave us reassurance our pets were doing great. We look forward to using her services again in the future!”

“Milica is Rover's best kept secret and checks all the boxes.”

About: I am loving and someone you can trust. I do my best to understand them and meet their needs. I love them all as if they were my own babies. I help them take them out and about and meet their needs. If they are happy with me, I will be happy too. Rest assured. My priority is their safety and happiness. I take care of everything about them myself. I don't let them walk in places I don't find safe. I take them home safely and hand them over to their family.

“Laura was amazing with my pup Hank! She accepted my request last minute and took great care of Hank. He truly enjoyed his time with her. Will definitely be using her again!! Thanks Laura!!”

“Ni is great! Very loving of our puppy. Would highly recommend”

“Romane took such great care of my puppy Sylvia for a hour lunch and play. Thank you soo much 🙏🏼”

“Alejandro was wonderful with Tiago! Alejandro is super responsible and took lots of adorable pictures of Tiago during his drop ins. Tiago was immediately comfortable with him and loves having his daily visits from his new best bud.”

“Sandra was so great! She checked in a bunch, and was so lovely with my animals. She even straightened up a bit! Highly recommend! I will be booking with her into the future, instead of trying to rope in friends/family. Thank you Sandra!”

About: I have professionally cared for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and even livestock! I am confident in handling animals with delicate medical and behavioral needs and have CPR certification for canines and felines. My goal is to give your companion the ultimate stay-cation to give you perfect peace of mind while you are away. My schedule is quite open around my freelance art work and I am looking to fill it by giving your wonderful pets the best day ever! I am extremely attentive when it comes to companion animals, because I recognize that we are providing the whole world for them-so we owe them the best we can give!

“Out of all the cat sitters I have tried (on or off Rover), Leelay stands above all with her genuine love for any cats. I have two cats who each have different views when it comes to a stranger caring for them. Leelay took her time to understand and bond with each of them in a way where I believe my cats forgot about my disappearance. When I came back home, my cats acted like nothing had happened which we all know is probably the best scenario for fidgety cats. Thank you Leelay for all you have done!!”

About: I have been walking my neighbors dog for 3+ years, since they were small puppies. I love hanging out with dogs and find them so energetic and fun I am free on a fairly flexible schedule. I am currently attending Northwest University, so I would have to work around my class times, but I am free most afternoons and lunch times As I am attending college I do not have a place to house pets at my own house, since I am staying in the dorms

About: I've always been a dog lover since day one! Every birthday and Christmas, I begged my parents for a dog, and luckily, I fortunately got one in 2019. I adopted my dog, Bobo, when he was just a puppy, so I’ve been through it all: the messiness, the potty accidents, the zoomies, the barking, the little nibbles, everything (and I still love it all). I grew up surrounded by dogs. Every family member I had had at least one pet, mostly dogs, from pitbulls, golden retrievers, pugs, chihuahuas, corgis, cocker spaniels, etc… I was that kid who’d run up and ask, “Can I pet your dog?” (Honestly, I still do that.) My aunt always relied on me to care for her dog while she was on vacation, and now that I have one of my own, I understand just how important that trust is. Friends and family often count on me to watch their dogs when they’re away too, or when their looking for someone to walk there dog. With Bobo, I make sure he gets his daily steps in-45 to 60 minutes of walking plus an extra 15 minutes to sniff everything (because hey, dogs have to check their pee-mail). Looking forward to meeting your pup! I do have a part time job and a dog as well, but taking care of dogs will always be open in my schedule! Although every week may not look the same as the other week, I am flexible in working things around. I am an early bird so I can also use that as an advantage! At home, I treat my dog like family—because he is. He's super clingy, so I always make sure his needs are fully met. His water bowl is always filled, he gets fed twice a day, and we go on daily walks (with time built in for sniffing, of course). He takes allergy medication at night, and because he has hip issues, I use pet stairs so he can safely get onto the bed without hurting himself. When I leave, I always make sure the lights are on, his space is safe and clear of anything he shouldn’t get into, and I leave him a treat, a toy, and a kiss goodbye. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a calm and familiar environment. I always take a little time to let the dog warm up to me first—nobody likes being surprised by a stranger! I check that they’ve been fed, have plenty of fresh water, and that the space is clean (yes, I check for accidents). I spend time playing with them, then take them on a walk, and after we’re back, I give them some affection, some scatchys, a treat if they’re allowed, and one last water check. I’ll keep you updated throughout and will always respond quickly to any questions or concerns you have—your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities.

“Communication was great! We really appreciate the sincerity of the care given. Photos and updates were helpful while we were away and reassuring.”

About: With 7 years of experience living with and caring for cats, I understand their unique personalities and needs. I provide patient, loving care, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well-entertained. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, or comforting a shy or senior cat, I tailor my care to each feline’s preferences. I ensure all litter boxes are clean and that food and water are refreshed every morning before I leave home. In the evening, I spend around 30 minutes playing and bonding with the cats to keep them happy and engaged. I have three cats at home who mostly relax in the living room and bedroom. Your cat is welcome to join them for companionship or stay comfortably in a private, unused bedroom for a quieter experience.

“Patricia is a wonderful sitter and took great care of the kitties. She took many photos/videos during each visit and was very communicative about everything. Having her check in on them daily definitely makes leaving them home alone for a week less stressful! The personalized stickers of the kitties was also super cute, thank you!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for jobs for multiple years, and I have had two happy doggies of my own for 10 years now. I exceed at a variety of jobs, dog-walking, house-sitting, playing with, and feeding neighbor’s pets. Giving them special treatment is easy for me, if this is an old pet who needs medicine or a rowdy puppy that wants 24/7 attention. I’m a college student at home for the summer, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I can handle early morning to late night jobs any day of the week. Safety is a top priority of mine. This means cleaning thoroughly, being aware of the pets emotional state, and taking extra care to follow specific details when walking, caretaking, and house-sitting.

About: Hello - I am Ra. I have loved animals all my life! But my love deepened when I become a puppy raiser for a future assistance dog during covid. His name is Felix (yellow lab). I picked him up when he was 2 months of age and he left for his former training from my care/home at the age of 14 months. One year of a strong bond, weekly/monthly training sessions, creating unique experiences for his professional development and many personal memorable moments later, it was time to say goodbye and it wasn’t an easy farewell. He left for his formal 6 month training to Oregon and in Dec 2022, I had the opportunity to say my final goodbye when he graduated and officially become an assistance service dog. It fills my heart to know that today he is an assistance dog to a lovely lady who he is his life long companion and through his service, he lives a purposeful life. 10 days before he left, I adopted Charlie (yellow lab), who confidently came into life through Felix. It was as if Felix knew I would need a companion of my own after his departure and wanted to leave me with a long term friend. Today Charlie is an extension of my love for Charlie himself and Felix - and Chase! (Chase is my 15 yr old yorkie who passed away last year peacefully in sleep, leaving us so grateful for his presence in my family’s life). Animals are remarkable creatures and they give us so much joy and ask for very little in return. I would love to give some joy back to your loved ones so let me take good care of your companions, they deserve all the love and care we can provide! [Note: the organization I volunteered with to become a puppy raiser for future assistance dog is called Dogs for Better Lives (DBL)] I'm currently working as a consultant, remotely. My schedule is very flexible and open to meet your schedule and service needs - send me a note! I will be taking care of your companion at your home based on your requirements and requirements of the individual pet as directed/needed. They will get lot of love, care and attention from me!

“Hailey looked after our two cats while we were gone for 10 days. She was great, both during the meet up before we left and during the time we were away. On time, caring and very responsive. We are glad we have found someone reliable to take care of our furry family members while we are away.”

About: What sets me apart is my energy, empathy, and the way I truly connect with every dog I meet. I don’t just walk dogs—I talk to them, engage with them, and tune into their needs. Whether it’s helping a puppy learn good habits or giving a senior dog the patience and gentleness they deserve, I bring kindness, consistency, and care to every visit. Their happiness and health are my top priorities. Right now, I’m not working a full-time job, which means pet care is my main focus and joy each day. I’m available from 7:30am to 7:30pm, so I can fully dedicate my time and energy to caring for your pet—whether that means early morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddles. As a dog walker, I treat every pup like my own—with patience, love, and full attention. I follow any specific routines or preferences you provide, whether it’s the route they love most, their walking pace, or avoiding certain triggers. I always make sure they’re safe, well-exercised, and happy. From quick potty breaks to long sniff-and-stroll adventures, I’m there to give them the physical and mental stimulation they need, and I’ll always keep you updated with how it went.

“Julia has been my primary pet sitter ever since my kitty, Percy, had joined my family. I used to feel nervous going on trips and leaving Percy at home, but after meeting Julia and having had her pet sit Percy, I know that there is nothing to be nervous about. From how Percy seems so calm and healthy when I get back from trips, I can tell how much Julia loves animals and how she treats them like they’re part of her own family. Julia is reliable, kind, and knowledgeable, and I could not recommend her enough.”

Evelyn Z.
“Evelyn provided care for Bilbo, our elderly, deaf, asthmatic cat for several weeks during various family vacations. Bilbo is very people oriented, getting lonely without friends and family. Evelyn visited Bilbo twice a day for litterbox cleaning, feeding, asthma inhaler medication, and snuggle time. Evelyn is very conscientious, taking good notes, and reading them back for any clarification needed. Evelyn was a quick study learning to give Bilbo his asthma inhaler medication. Evelyn is very communicative, asks good questions, and provides text updates after every visit. Evelyn is responsible, trustworthy, and committed to providing quality care. I highly recommend Evelyn to care for any member of your furry family.”
