Fanghua was amazing with our dog Jackson! She was so caring, reliable, and communicative. We came home to a happy pup and she even picked up poop in the back yard, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend her and will definitely book again!

She was absolutely wonderful with Hagrid! He’s only 8 weeks old, and she was so sweet, patient, and attentive with him. She sent me lots of photos and videos throughout the visit, which made me feel so comfortable while I was at work. She played with him, fed him, took him out for potty breaks, and even noticed when he was about to have an accident and quickly took him to his potty area. 🥰 Hagrid seemed so happy and comfortable with her. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her!

Alex was my first-ever hired pet help. It was a new experience for me, but Alex handled all my questions with grace and patience. He was even kind enough to make sure my cat was a good match before committing to the job. His caring demeanor and professional approach put both me and my pet at ease! I'm ever so grateful.

Jessilea and her daughter Leandra took great care of my kitties. They were able to feed oral medication to my senior cat. They were on time and sent lots of photos. I came home to happy kitties. I would certainly book with them again!

This was our first experience booking pet care through Rover, and I could not have asked for a better person to care for our cat. Sai followed our care instructions closely, arrived on time, loved on our girl, and went above and beyond when a minor incident occurred in our home. Sai was extremely communicative and responsive, and left us detailed accounts of each of her visits with our cat. I would gladly invite Sai to care for our cat again in the future.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Ning is the cat whisperer! We have one spicy calico who is very particular with new people. Ning won her over in record time (IMMEDIATELY) and got her showing her belly even. Our orange boy is playful and Ning matched his energy. She sends the best pictures and updates, so you’re always reassured your cats are in the best care while you’re away.

Alexa takes wonderful care of Clementine. After Clementine had a bit of a health scare, Alexa was very diligent about monitoring Clem for symptoms and making sure she was happy! She is the best!

Katie did a great job checking in on Tater! I enjoyed the pictures she sent me of her visits! This is the second time I’ve had her care for my cat! I will definitely use her again 😻

Rebekah stopped by to check on my cats for a couple days over the weekend and took great care of them. I got detailed updates with lots of pictures, and she made sure they got treats and playtime. My shy girl Gadget even came out of hiding on the first day, which is always good to see. If the kitties approve, then so do I!

Karin bonded with my otherwise standoffish cat with her patience and calm demeanor. She was very communicative with us and not phased when our cat has her sassy moments. I would book Karin again in a heartbeat.

Lydia was wonderful with our two cats while we were away! She went above and beyond during every check-in, always staying for the full scheduled time and making sure our cats had plenty of attention and playtime. Our cats are normally pretty wary of strangers, but they quickly warmed up to Lydia, which was great to see. She also did an excellent job keeping the litter box area tidy and their water dishes clean. We felt very comfortable knowing they were in such good hands and would absolutely recommend Lydia!

Jacob took wonderful care of Gino! He had a lot of patience with the sweet and scared guy. Jacob was an excellent communicator and reliable. We truly appreciate all your care and help. We had peace of mind knowing he was well looked after. We are very appreciative!

Shana is really learning Milo’s language. He is developing trust in her, which he can be slow to give. Shana communicates clearly, has helped me figure out how to use Rover, and has been flexible when I had a last minute change and she was available.
