About: I'm a little obsessed with dogs. BIG dogs, especially. The bigger, the better. I grew up with a beautiful golden and recently raised a big, dopey (slightly dumb) yellow lab named Taxi. I miss her terribly so while I'm waiting for the perfect time to get my next pooch, I thought I could help walk yours! As a middle school English teacher, I'm wide open for the summer, so can walk almost any time during the week. I can board, as well, most nights. I am VERY cautious and careful with any pet, but especially those which are not my own. I will not have any pup go missing on my watch! When outside, I'll have a harness and leash on at all times and make sure they have enough water and distance from other dogs we do not know. At home, I'll be extremely careful not to have anything around they could eat, chew, consume, drink etc that would land them in the vet hospital! Safety first.

“Dropped Milo for the first time in years with someone he didn’t know, not to mention in an environment he had never been to. Travis greeted us with a smile and took Milo inside to spend the day with him. I received frequent updates (including pics) which made me feel at ease knowing that my fur baby was in good hands. About: Our dog Sugar passed away in May 2026 after we had her for 13.5 years. She was our constant companion and now we miss the pitter patter of feet in the house. We're not ready to adopt a dog yet, but we would love to watch dogs for others to bring some life back to our home and to have the chance to spoil a little furry baby again. We took great care of Sugar when we had her. We gave her the best diets as her body changed, brushed her teeth daily, took her on 1-2 walks a day, and brought her on car rides which were her favorite. We gained a lot of experience taking care of her, especially as she aged. We've watched friends' dogs many times and also fostered one pup. We would love to watch yours and give them all the cuddles! We both work from home everyday and always take a walk after lunch if the weather is good. We have a fenced yard where we can let your dog out to potty and sniff all the good smells. Our house has very easy access to the outside with no kid or pets. Dogs can go anywhere in the house and on the furniture if they like that. We can also put up a wall to prevent them from going up the stairs if you prefer. My default is to give updates daily about how they're doing, eating, and pooping, but if you need more or less than that, I can accommodate!
