As a rental property owner, I treat your home with the same level of care as my own. You’ll also get clear, high-quality photo and video updates during every visit. I run a video production company, so I make sure you’re not just getting a quick snapshot, but a real look at how your pet is doing. I’m comfortable with a wide range of care needs and have a strong understanding of pet behavior, plus direct access to veterinary insight through my sibling, who is a licensed vet with public health expertise (MPH). I run a video production company and work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the day. This allows me to plan visits around your pet’s routine and be consistent with timing. Whether it’s a midday drop-in or a scheduled walk, I’m able to show up reliably and without rushing. I’m also flexible with transportation and can walk, bike, or drive depending on what’s most efficient for your location. For house sitting I’m happy to spend plenty of time with your pet while keeping their normal routine. My standard house sitting rate includes overnight care and isn’t intended for continuous daytime supervision. If your pet needs someone with them for several hours at a time I’m happy to chat about constant care based on your schedule. I focus on caring for pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable and everything feels normal to them. When I’m in your space, I treat it the same way I treat my own properties. I keep things clean, follow your instructions closely, and make sure everything is secure before I leave. Nothing gets overlooked. For your pet, I stick to their routine as closely as possible, whether that’s feeding, a walk, some playtime, or just hanging out so they’re not alone. I pay attention to how they’re acting and feeling so if anything seems off, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Safety is always top of mind. Leashes, gates, feeding instructions, all the little details are handled the right way every time. And you’ll get solid photo and video updates so you can actually see how your pet is doing, not just a quick check-in. At the end of the day, I just want your pet to feel comfortable in their space and for you to feel like everything’s handled.

About: Hey there! I have 10yrs of personal experience with caring for dogs; small, big, or any size in between! I currently have two rescues, a large (120lbs) black lab and a small (15lbs) chihuahua-spaniel mix! I have experience with dogs of all tempers, needs, and personalities including introverted, outgoing, and family friendly. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom in grad school, so my schedule is flexible for drop-ins & day sitting. Please note that there may be times where I may have my child with me. While she is familiar with pets and their boundaries, please let me know if your pet is adults only so that I can ensure my schedule aligns with your pets needs, and that I can care for them while my child isn’t with me. For outdoor & social dogs, I have a fenced, 200sqft backyard along with 2 dogs (large & small) who can play with your dog if they need some company! I have a wide range of toys and am located near many parks & walking trails. For indoor or introverted pets, half of my apartment is baby-fenced off for privacy & space as needed. I am more than happy to hang out inside with your pup & help with decompression time as needed!

Dogs receive two daily walks, along with potty breaks approximately every 4 hours. My home is a dog-friendly apartment community with many resident dogs, so guests should be comfortable riding an elevator and being around other dogs in shared spaces. My friendly poodle mix enjoys companionship, and we make sure every dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, and a comfortable place to relax. We are best suited for social, adaptable small dogs who enjoy being around people and other pups.

About: Hi I’m Chris and I would love to get to know and take care of your fur babies. I have years of experiences and I’m currently a private skill trainer for NBA and pro basketball players. I do private training for basketball players so my schedule is pretty flexible. Just have to coordinate a time in advance and we can figure something out! The safety and well beings for your fur babies is the first priority and the non negotiable. By providing me as much information as possible will really help me prepare the job! I will make sure we have fun and stay safe at the same time!
