“Shana is a very prepared sitter. When we did an initial visit, she brought a notepad and took lots of notes. My building uses the Latch app and while we didn't struggle with this at first, unfortunately on the day of Shana's visit, it decided it needed to be updated, which can be really confusing for visitors. She was able to get it to work and get inside to take care of my two cats. She sent lots of great photos and they warmed up to her right away. I'd definitely book again :)”

He did a wonderful job caring for my senior dog and young cats. Eric was on time for the visits, took the time to play with the cats, give them love and attention, and sent me detailed notes with lots of pictures. I live in downtown Kirkland and am able to do quick walks or check ins easily. I work as a teacher so afternoons are open for me, and summers I am available all the time! In your home, I respect your space and stick closely to your pet’s usual routine so things feel familiar and stress-free. I’m careful with doors, gates, and leashes at all times, and I stay aware of surroundings on walks to keep your pet safe—especially around other dogs, traffic, and busy areas. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, boundaries, and any triggers ahead of time (like reactivity on walks), so I can handle situations confidently and avoid unnecessary stress. You can also expect clear communication from me, with regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease knowing your pet is safe, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention while you’re away.

“Alex was a great caretaker for my dogs while my family and I were gone for a night. He visited 4 times for at least 30 minutes each (as promised!) From the introduction meeting and the photo updates he sent, the dogs seemed to really like him. I was so relieved to have someone trustworthy in our home. He is a great guy!”
