Please give me a description of how you typically take care of your pet and any routines you wish for me to follow such as giving them a treat, feeding them, filling up a food toy with food, crate procedures, etc. Knowing your pet’s behaviors helps me make sure that they are comfortable and are not doing anything as a stress response. Also any medical conditions or complications I should look out for.
A typical day
For dogs I first greet them a make sure they go potty. After that I try to keep them active and entertained with some fetch or toy tug of war. Once they get all the energy out, I give them some pets and attention. For cats, I greet them calmly and carefully. I find important to let the cat come to me as I am aware they try to be more independent. I’ll check their litter box if needed. Then I’ll grab a toy and see if they’re interested or not in playing. I ultimately know that some cats just want personal space and/or might not want to play.

A life saver for my pup!!
Alex was a great caretaker for my dogs while my family and I were gone for a night. He visited 4 times for at least 30 minutes each (as promised!) From the introduction meeting and the photo updates he sent, the dogs seemed to really like him. I was so relieved to have someone trustworthy in our home. He is a great guy!
