Wendy was very responsive by text, easy to coordinate a meet and greet with, kind, listened to my explanation of his needs and asked great questions. During his stay Wendy sent me photos and updates of how calm and and relaxed he was, and gave him daily walks. I had no concerns at all as he looked like he was in great hands. I have already booked an extended stay with them again and wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend their services to others. :)”
