She made sure Pepper received her meals and supplements on schedule, took her on daily walks, and gave her lots of love, attention, and cuddles. We appreciate the love and care that were given to our precious Emma. Ziyan went through great lengths to make sure she understood Emma's needs prior to her boarding, and we are so grateful for her attention to detail. Emma had a great experience during her stay bonding closely with Ziyan and doing well with their dog Amber. We loved getting regular updates and pictures. We will definitely be booking with Ziyan again in the future!
Natalia was so great at taking care of Tofu while we were out of town!! She was communicative and sent a toooon of pictures, I had no doubt that his stay was going well, and it was so nice to see that she spent a lot of time just playing with him and giving him attention.
