“We had such a great experience. I needed to book at the last minute when something unexpected came up, and Fiona took such great care of Mochi for two days. Our schedule was a little tricky with a late drop-off and pick-up, and I was even running behind, but she was incredibly flexible and understanding. I really appreciated how accommodating she was. Fiona’s kids were also so sweet with Mochi, and I’m so thankful for all the love they gave her. It really sounds like Mochi had a wonderful time, and I would definitely book with them again.”

“My puppy girl is only 1.5 years old and had a blast with Masumi and her family!!! I got plenty of videos and pictures of her on walks and playing and having a great stay. My girl is very picky (poodle) and was having some stomach issues while she was at Masumi’s, and Masumi gave her rice and chicken to eat for a few days and even dropped off a fecal sample to our vet. We really recommend her to anyone!! Can’t say enough good things about Masumi!!”

“My 14 year old corgi needed something a little more calm and quiet than the boarding kennel and this was the perfect fit. She is still very physically active and likes a good walk and some playtime but was able to spend the better part of her days comfortably snoozing and watching over people while they worked. She doesnt handle stairs very well anymore and hates being carried so i was happy this apartment had an elevator and ramps.”

Yun-chun and Ao-Chang are a friendly young couple, and with their super cute dog Google have a beautiful Rover setup with a great backyard for dogs. They were responsive and sent plenty of pics and charming little updates about the dogs playing together. When I went to pick him up, it seemed clear my dog Chef really loved them both. It was perfect! Nathan works from home so he can keep eyes on dogs. Our dog was laying around under his desk and looked comfortable. Totally worry free! Nathan is so easy to communicate and sent us pictures every day. Highly recommended!”
