Yun-chun and Ao-Chang are a friendly young couple, and with their super cute dog Google have a beautiful Rover setup with a great backyard for dogs. They were responsive and sent plenty of pics and charming little updates about the dogs playing together. When I went to pick him up, it seemed clear my dog Chef really loved them both. So grateful for Thenmozhi and her family for taking care of my paw baby so well while I’m away on vacation. Captcha also felt like he was on vacation and didn’t want to leave when I was picking him up. I got constant update of photos and video cuteness that kept me from cutting my own vacation short. Pixie was also so awesome and such a great buddy for Captcha and the 2 had such a blast together. Did I say the word vacation a lot? lol. Best vacation ever and best pet sitter to do it with.
Chen and family took wonderful care of my 12yr old Sydney. I got regular pics or videos of her adventures so I knew she was having fun. She probably didn’t want to come home again! Tatiana was the perfect host and my first time using Rover. Communication was great at every step. My pup was eight months old and still in training, she was empathetic of the situation. My pup fit right in with her family and was so tired when I picked her up. Tatiana will make your pup feel at home. Rebooking when the time is right.
To say the first day did not go as planned would be an understatement. Inexplicably, Lewis and Clark seemed to have forgotten their potty training. I was frustrated and embarrassed by my boys’ behavior. I take seriously my responsibility to be transparent with Rover sitters and was shocked by what Sandra was sharing. Sandra kept me informed and made adjustments to prevent further episodes. Gratefully, she encouraged me not to worry and to enjoy my time away. The boys got their act together after the first day and the remaining days were less eventful. I cannot thank Sandra enough for her honesty and patience. It’s easy to compliment and recommend a sitter when everything goes according to plan. You get more valuable insight into a sitter’s disposition and professionalism when challenges arise: potty issues, property damage, medical emergencies, etc. Sandra is a gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her take care of Lewis and Clark again…if they’re done adjusting to Sandra’s house…and if she is willing! :-)
Chloe provided excellent care for Sushi during our 4-day trip! She followed all instructions perfectly regarding sushi's habits and schedule. I loved getting the daily photo and video updates! Masumi took such great care of my dog! My pup is slow to warm up to new people and Masumi and her family were so patient and kind with her until she felt truly comfortable in her new surroundings. We also appreciated the detailed updates, photos, and videos that we received every evening while we were away. We'll definitely book with Masumi again when we travel!
Rachel took care of Cai while we had to go out of country. I was super anxious as this was an international trip but she took care of Cai as her own and I could complete my trip with ease of mind. She and her pup Bruce is awesome and I could see Cai had so much fun. Rachel was also super good at providing daily updates and I would definitely leave Cai with her in future.

We were so worried to leave him for a longer period of time and had never left him with anyone outside of our family for longer trips. We were so relieved to receive Marilyn and Travis' updates.
