My kitties aren't great in new spaces so they didn't fully warm up to her but she knew all the tricks to try to get the kitties to eat or to come out. “Our two girls had a wonderful week with Crystal and her family! Our Havanese had a little trouble settling in but Crystal gave her the attention she needed to get her quickly comfortable. Her house and yard were perfect for them to roam safely and get tired. Crystal also did a fantastic job communicating with us. We all enjoyed her frequent stories about the girl's stay. We highly recommend Crystal and will definitely try to have our girls stay with her again.”

Kepler had such a wonderful time with Joyce and her lovely pup Dublin. Kepler enjoys their huge backyard and night time company. He enjoys saying goodnight to everyone and sleeping in the hallway. Joyce has a full fenced backyard and allows the dogs to spend time inside & outside like they would at home.
We have a dog with a unique set of problems, including shyness and difficulty adjusting to new environments. Tatiana handled these problems extremely well. Our dog felt at ease with the other two dogs in the group and Tatiana was patient with our dogs shyness. He warmed up to her very quickly.
I cannot express enough how amazing the care for my pets was. I left both my dog and my cat with Yun-Chun and Ao-Chang. In the past, we've had difficult experiences with other sitters; my dog has anxiety and has had stress induced colitis from previous people he has stayed with. My cat gets very stressed too and will refuse to eat or drink. Yun-Chun and Ao-Chang were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with my pets and both my dog and my cat came back EXTREMELY well cared for. They even got my cat to eat, which has been impossible for other sitters!! My dog had a blast in their backyard and came home with the biggest smile on his face. I will absolutely be booking again and can't recommend these caregivers enough. Thank you for taking such good care of my pets!!
Yen and Terry were fantastic caregivers for our dog! They were available with only 24 hours’ notice, which was incredibly helpful. They were very communicative throughout his stay and sent us lots of photos and videos. Most importantly, our dog was happy and clearly well cared for. We’ll definitely be booking with Yen and Terry again!
Orma is amazing!!! I had to drop mi babies at a moment’s notice due to a family emergency and she has done everything possible for my dogs to feel loved and well cared for during my absence. Her entire family rapidly bonded with them, making them feel loved and at ease. Thank you Orma for caring so much about Mia and Martin. Highly recommend her
Cindy and her family were great sitters! Our dog had a good time, and there were many opportunities for her to interact with other dogs in safe environments. I received many informative updates that showed how well my dog was doing, and I could see she was content and having a good time. I can't recommend Cindy highly enough and I won't hesitate to look for her availability to care for my dog again the next time I travel.

We were delighted with the care that JC and Anh gave our dog Abby. They were very thorough about getting to meet Abby and were committed to making sure she would do well with them and their other "guests". Hurley has stayed with Steve several times now. When we were driving up toward his house this time, Hurley could tell where we were going and was clearly excited. Hurley is a homebody and very attached to me, so this means a lot. I don’t worry about him at all when he is staying with Steve.
