“Morgan did a fantastic job. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so there’s a lot happening! She sent us photos and all the animals seemed healthy and happy when we got home. The house was also in perfect shape. We’d happily hire Morgan again to house sit/pet sit.”
“Sophia was great taking care of Howie and house sitting while I was traveling for 4 nights. This was the first time using her so I was a little nervous but she did everything I asked and more. Howie has a specific routine, exercise frequency and prescription diet and she followed that as asked. She provided frequent updates along with pictures and video which I appreciated. I would highly recommend her and have already confirmed the next house sitting job.”

“10/10! Dmytro was stellar in care of my dogs and taking care of our home. He took the time to do an initial meet and greet with me; he was thoughtful, communicative, very easy to work with, and sent lots of pictures of my dogs while I was gone. We came home to a clean home and my dogs loved him! Will definitely have him house- and dog-sit again - very very happy with experience. Thanks Dmytro!”

“Shana was wonderful with our Louie! He really doesn’t like being left alone—he gets anxious. It was so great to come home to a happy and relaxed boy!! And Shana sent great updates and pictures—we’ll definitely be booking her again!!”

“Brandi is a wonderful house guest and dog sitter. She was very respectful of the house and left it nice and tidy. Both of our dogs loved her! She sent lots of updates and pictures and was very communicative. She helped our eldest dog with his arthritis shots and provided lots of love and care for both dogs. A great experience overall. We would highly recommend Brandi to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“Junbo is fantastic! I can't recommend her enough. She took care of my cat and high energy puppy when I was out of town for a week. She not only took my dog for a walk but took him to different hikes everyday. She takes care of the pets not just out of responsibility and accountability but also the enthusiasm and joy of being out with them. She truly enjoys the company and loves the pets she's tasked to take care of. She sends lots of photos and videos and gives frequent updates on their daily routine. Again, I highly recommend her for all the services that she offers. Will certainly hire her gain for house sitting. Thank you Junbo!!!”

“Katie was great with my anxious pups, calmly engaging with them but giving them space when they needed it to be comfortable. For a first visit my dogs did better with her than any other sitter recently! Overall she was very communicative, kept me updated during her stay and sent a couple of pics. Definitely put me at ease. Will be booking her again, hopefully on a regular basis!”

About: Hi! My name’s Anastasia I’ve had dogs my whole life spent lots of time with newborn puppies I grew up with yorkies, Maltese, and a white lab, I have spent many hours playing and cuddling with my cavalier, King Charles spaniel. I have given small dogs baths and medicine.I love walks being outside as much as possible. I know some fun dog parks and good trails in the Kirkland area. I’m available from 10am - 10pm Saturday -Tuesday! I’d love to take care of your little buddy, let me know how I can help! Anastasia I am currently a grad student and a counseling intern with my own dog. I love to hang out with so on my off days I can spend a little extra time, taking care of other dogs I treat your dog like I treat my own when they’re with me they are the little princess or Prince. Learning your house rules so I can take care of them when I’m there as well as providing a safe environment when they’re at my home.
“Lydia was a fantastic dog sitter! I already reached out to her for a second day! She was professional and kind, sent wonderful update photos and most importantly, took great care of our dog, Smalls. Smalls doesn’t always warm to people quickly, but it was clear thats she liked Lydia very soon after they met. I would recommend her to anyone”
“Julia did a wonderful job taking care of my cat and my house. She communicated well and kept me informed about how well my cat was eating and really tried to interact with Bumper to “win her over.” I will definitely use her again!”

“James went above and beyond in caring for our dog, Toby! He made sure Toby got great outside time, even when the weather was terrible, and left music and the lights on for him so he wasn't lonely before we got home. He left our house super clean, would definitely book with him again!”

“Amy took excellent care of our two dogs and our home for 10 days. Amy was reliable, responsive, kind, and respectful. She followed our instructions and had outstanding communication. We would absolutely love to work with Amy again.”
“Josh was AMAZING with our dogs. We have 2 big Akitas, one that’s very old that needs a little extra TLC and he delivered. Made sure to send daily updates with pictures, and was extremely attentive with our old girl and crazy younger one. Will be rebooking for all future Rover needs!”

“We were very pleased with Moura, Millie seems to have warmed right up to her and that made leaving her very comfortable knowing she was in good hands. We will definitely contact Moura for future stays with ifshe will have us. Thanks Billy and Miki”

“Justelle always go above and beyond. This is the second time we have had travel delays and she is accommodating and responsive when we are trying to figure out how to pivot when a flight delay keeps us from getting home when expected. Our pets are so happy and our home is tidier than when we left it. It is a welcomed sight when traveling with delays.”

“Clancy, has the perfect mix of competency and care! She treats our dogs like they were her own. Takes amazing care of your pets and also your home when house sitting! Very responsive and excellent communication before, during, and after her time caring for our pets!”

“Jessi is the person you want watching your pet! She treats them as if they’re her own. My dog (Peaches) has separation anxiety but I know that when I leave her with Jessi that she is safe, happy, and cared for as if she were family. She sends as many photos and videos as you ask for and often sends them without being asked, which is always a lovely surprise! Peaches is always so excited to see Jessi! It’s apparent that Jessi takes time to build relationships of trust and love with the pets she cares for. Jessi takes Peaches for long walks, plays fetch, tug-of-war, and gives all the scritches and cuddles (which Peaches loves!). Jessi is attentive to Peaches needs, careful to adjust care as needed and when requested. When we pick Peaches up she’s relaxed, happy, and looks well taken care of! Couldn’t recommend Jessi more and we will continue to use her in the future!”

About: I’ve had the joy of caring for several dogs throughout my life. Growing up, I had two beloved pets: an Italian Greyhound-Chihuahua mix and a Dachshund, both of whom you can see in my photos. Those pictures were taken during a three week period when I watched the Dachshund at my apartment. My sister owns two lively and vocal Beagles, and we get along wonderfully. When my boyfriend fostered a female German Shepherd with PTSD, I was able to earn her trust quickly. She felt comfortable with me, allowing me to pet her and helping her feel safe. I’m a student with free time and love to take care of my sisters dogs when they need someone reliable. I work from home so have lots of free time! Would love to take care of your pets! I will accommodate to you and your pets needs :) I have volunteered with Saving Great Animals and Seattle Beagle Rescue, where I provided in-home care for three or more dogs at a time for up to eight hours. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, administering medication, and caring for a senior dog with special needs.
South Rose Hill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Averie totally saved me when I had a last minute work trip come up. Her willingness to just jump in and follow my instructions was great. Her experience with her own dog was a great fit for dealing with the quirks of my dog Jax. Great communication giving updates on him while I was gone. She even took my trash out for me so that I didn’t miss my trash day for the week! Thanks so much for all of your help Averie!!

Jessica was GREAT with my two frenchies. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process - from setting up a meet and greet to her stay and sending all the updates. Frank and Bean were two very happy babies either her looking after them and I am grateful to have found her!

Nicole was an amazing dog sitter! Communication was always on time, and I received frequent updates and pictures, which gave me great peace of mind. My dogs absolutely loved her—they quickly became her little velcro pups. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take care of them, and I’d be more than happy to book her again.

Hailey was fantastic! My dog is very shy with strangers and has separation anxiety. My dog warmed up to Hailey by the first two minutes of our meet and greet. I am very strict with my dog to prevent behavioral issues and I can tell that Hailey followed my list of directions. Which I truly appreciate! I’d highly recommend her.

Andrea is wonderful to work with. She was thorough and detail oriented both when learning about my pets before the sit and while providing them care. I had a last minute health concern with my dog that required extra medications and behavior monitoring and Andrea took it in stride. She is patient and sweet to animals and my nervous dog took to her quickly.
