Our dog is super anxious and takes time to get comfortable with new people . Simba started warming up to them and eventually started getting on bed with them during the period of care. They understand dogs and will cater their care as per the dogs needs. They were sweet to accommodate Whatsapp video calls when we were in India and also sent multiple photos.
