Sydney house-sat and took Whitney on 4 daily bathroom breaks, and some of these included long neighborhood walks, Ocean Beach and Fort Funston, an 8mi hike in Oakland Regional state park. Since Whitney jumps into water, Sydney also bathed Whitney at least once, and maybe even more I don't know about. Before Sydney left our apartment, she cleaned and organized the apartment. Robert was ABSOLUTELY fabulous! He was patient, thoughtful, and really communicative. From the moment we requested a sitter until after the service was complete, he was swift to respond, sent lots of pictures, and kept us updated on all the pet care rituals. He did not flinch when the breaker needed to be reset during a housesit, and he took such wonderful care of our tankgirl, Bailey. 5 stars, 2 thumbs way up, and a 3 snaps in Z formation! Highly recommend.
There aren't enough words to express how good she was, but I'll try! She was professional and so caring, not just with our dogs, but with our home too. Our flight got delayed and she didn't hesitate to stay later and wait for us. She followed our instructions to the letter, down to the smallest details. One of our dogs needed a bit of extra medical attention during the stay, and she handled it exactly like we would have: calm and on top of it the whole time. By the end, our dogs didn't want her to leave, and honestly, neither did we. Can't recommend her enough!
Erin stayed with my two cats for a few days this summer. She was very responsive when I first reached out to inquire about her availability. Once she was here, she was communicative and sent photos and updates of the cats throughout the stay. She left the house sparkling clean and cats were happy! I will be using her in the future! To go the extra mile is an understatement! Kira was fantastic with my two dogs and handled the fact that my male dog is 150 lbs with ease.I was updated on their meals and happiness each morning and evening. When my return time was delayed Kira stayed with the pups to keep them Company and make sure they had diner. ~thank you
Kellie returned for a housesitting stay and yet again is the best ever. Her communication and thoughtfulness exceeded expectations and it was clear she genuinely enjoyed taking great care of our pup (who was tired and satisfied when we got home). Clipper had a wonderful stay with Carissa! She was efficient to communicate with, quick to respond to my messages, and kept Clipper engaged with fun enrichment activities while we were away. I especially appreciated that she let us know when he ate a little less than his usual amount, which showed she was paying close attention to his well-being. Carissa also shared plenty of photos, giving us peace of mind and letting us see our curious little guy throughout our trip. Thank you, Carissa, for being such a caring companion to Clipper and keeping him happy while we were away. We truly appreciate you!
Shana was wonderful with our dog, patiently working with him through his separation anxiety, earning his trust and making Milo a very happy, well cared for dog! Shana communicated easily any questions and provided updates daily. And, our house was immaculate upon our return. Thank you, Shana.
Li took such amazing care of Kuma and our home! She sent so many photo updates everyday of their walks, playtime, and even nap/rest time! Kuma can be an anxious dog, so we always try to find a sitter comfortable enough to handle her big emotions - Li was very knowledgeable about Kuma’s breed and behavior from previous experience caring for similar dogs, so we were immediately put at ease knowing Kuma was in great hands! Leaving for trips without our dog is always difficult, but Li made it so much easier for us. We will absolutely book with Li again!
