Play & Mental Stimulation: I dedicate one-on-one time to every pet for interactive play and engagement. We have a huge variety of toys to keep them entertained! Treats & Care: I love spoiling my guests with tasty treats, though I am very strict about checking for allergies or specific dietary instructions from owners first. Safety & Peace of Mind: Because I have a small, cat-friendly dog of my own, my home is already set up to be a pet-safe zone. I am very attentive to body language and ensure that all interactions between animals are supervised and positive. About: I am and always have been an animal lover. I was the kid who always brought home stray cats and dogs convinced my parents to keep them.  I rescued my own first dog 8 years ago, rehabilitated and trained her (a 5-year-old pittie called Missy who sadly passed away a couple of years ago). Since then I have been dog sitting and dog walking for friends and family.  I currently have a 6-year-old white fluffball of a cat called Jasper and I am also a volunteer with Seattle Humane. I am more comfortable with dogs who are past the puppy stage but am open to all ages (I've never had a puppy). I'm very happy to do meet and greets to ensure you feel comfortable about the fit. I’ll always share photos and updates so you know how your fur baby is doing as this is so important to me as a pet owner. I am currently not working full-time so I have plenty of space for helping out with your fur babies. I am available during the working week for dog walks and house visits, plus I can do short stay pet sitting. I prefer to sit in my clients' homes when they are away so that their pets stay in their normal routine and in the environment they know and are comfortable in.

“Kira was an amazing dog sitter! One of our dogs has separation anxiety, and Kira did a great job keeping her calm and cared for. They also asked a lot of great questions to make sure they had all of the information they needed about our dogs while we were gone. They sent us pictures of the dogs and gave status updates while we were gone which was really appreciated! They were very flexible with time too, I was able to book them with just a few days notice, and had to stay out later than expected which was no problem for them.
