Hi, I’m Cortney ☺️ I’m a proud dog mom to Kona, my Akita/Malamute mix. Caring for him has given me hands-on experience with giant breeds, leash handling, enrichment, and safely managing a reactive dog. Through caring for other dogs, I’ve gained experience with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and individual needs. Cats have been part of my pet care experience for years, and I love getting to know each one’s individual personality and routine. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, or a senior, I take the time to understand what helps them feel most comfortable and adjust my care to what works best for them.

I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I make communication a priority. You can expect plenty of photos and thoughtful updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I always prioritize your pet’s safety and comfort and will adjust walks or activities as needed based on weather, energy level, and individual needs.

Cortney was great - I had made a mistake in communicating access information, and Cortney was proactive and professional and made sure my cat was well cared for while I was out of town despite the hiccups fully from my own fault. I would not hesitate to have her watch my cat again!
Courtney was prompt, professional, and caring. My dog got comfortable with her right away. I will definitely use her again.
Came for a meet and greet prior to the check-in. That was very helpful to go through feeding instructions and to make sure everyone would get along. The dogs seemed to love her! She was very nice when we met. The check-in went smooth with no issues. She sent photos of the dogs and their happy faces. I really appreciated that she left a description of the check-in.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and offer dog walks, drop-in visits, non-overnight house sitting, and extended daytime care in your home. I’m currently working toward making dog walking and pet sitting my full-time focus, and I’m available for both recurring weekly care and occasional visits. I can work with you to create a schedule that fits your pet’s normal routine, whether they need regular walks, potty breaks, meals, playtime, or a little extra attention while you’re away. When available, I can also provide transportation to grooming appointments, daycare, boarding, or veterinary visits.
