She is still very physically active and likes a good walk and some playtime but was able to spend the better part of her days comfortably snoozing and watching over people while they worked. She doesnt handle stairs very well anymore and hates being carried so i was happy this apartment had an elevator and ramps.”

About: I'm a little obsessed with dogs. BIG dogs, especially. The bigger, the better. I grew up with a beautiful golden and recently raised a big, dopey (slightly dumb) yellow lab named Taxi. I miss her terribly so while I'm waiting for the perfect time to get my next pooch, I thought I could help walk yours! As a middle school English teacher, I'm wide open for the summer, so can walk almost any time during the week. I can board, as well, most nights. I am VERY cautious and careful with any pet, but especially those which are not my own. I will not have any pup go missing on my watch! When outside, I'll have a harness and leash on at all times and make sure they have enough water and distance from other dogs we do not know. At home, I'll be extremely careful not to have anything around they could eat, chew, consume, drink etc that would land them in the vet hospital! Safety first.

About: I have always had dogs ever since I was a baby and I love spending time with them and giving them all the love and attention they need! I grew up with a bull mastiff named belle and took care of her even in her older age and I currently have 2 golden retrievers who are around 6 years old but I helped take care of them when they were puppies as well. I feel comfortable helping senior dogs with any medicine, help moving, or anything else they may need and I'm super comfortable and patient with puppies! I also have 2 cats and have also been around cats since I was a baby and love taking care of them as well! I love playing and being around big dogs but small is great too! :) I am currently a high school senior but I do online classes through running start so I am pretty much home all day and I go away for practice later in the day but I honestly have a pretty open and free schedule during the week! Since I have a flexible schedule with school I am able to stay for a while if your animal needs extra attention or company! I feel very comfortable and confident taking care of dogs since I have always been around them growing up. My mom and me also run a rover business boarding dogs at our house for the last few years as well so I have gotten to take care of lots of different kind of dogs! We enjoy exploring every neighborhood of Seattle by bike or foot and hiking trails on the weekends. I have taken care of various dogs, cats, and small animals of all abilities, special needs, shapes, and sizes for over 20 years. I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality, training together (if needed), and going on fun adventures locally. I am currently accepting dogs, cats, and other animals for boarding and house sitting services. My schedule is flexible throughout the week as I work remotely part-time from home in Capitol Hill. I am now accepting new clients for boarding and house sitting. I live near Volunteer Park and would love to help your pet get their energy out with long walks at local parks and playtime at your home or in my fenced backyard. I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other small animals in various environments and feel deeply in tune to their needs. For house sitting, I would like to meet in person or virtually to discuss your pet's needs so all questions and concerns are addressed.
