I felt so bad she had to deal with that but Xiaomeng reassured me she was okay and we talked about the best course of action to help my dogs stomach issue. Ella loved staying with Matthew and his partner! She normally gets stressed in new environments - but she came back happy and like she had a great time. I really appreciate that they only take 1 dog at a time, have a fenced yard and were communicative with regular photos and updates every day. Would definitely re-book for our future trips
Dani took exceptional care of Pepper, as she always does. She made sure Pepper received her meals and supplements on schedule, took her on daily walks, and gave her lots of love, attention, and cuddles. Pepper absolutely loves staying with Dani and Ama and is always excited to see them. It's such a comfort knowing she's in such caring hands.
Lauren took amazing care of our dachshund, Fig! I think Fig was a little sad that she was leaving to be honest. Lauren sent daily updates and photos, and was super responsive. Also was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. Thank you for taking great care of her!
Joyce was a wonderful person to work with. My dog Mika was very calm and happy to meet us when we returned, meaning she had a good time. We appreciate the love and care that were given to our precious Emma. Ziyan went through great lengths to make sure she understood Emma's needs prior to her boarding, and we are so grateful for her attention to detail. Emma had a great experience during her stay bonding closely with Ziyan and doing well with their dog Amber. We loved getting regular updates and pictures. We will definitely be booking with Ziyan again in the future!
Stephanie’s place was the perfect first sleepover destination for our sweet Bizzy. She was so kind and caring, and her two pups got along great with our girl’s high energy. Kellie over delivered on every level and I’m so lucky to have found her. Her positive energy, attention to detail regarding routine and instructions, and genuine love towards our dog was amazing. She was so communicative before, during, and after her stay I never had to wonder how things were going and if she and our pup were doing ok. On top of that, the house was spotless when we came home which made coming back to our pup even better.
