“Thank you, John for a wonderful overnight with Rigby! John has the perfect set up with a lovely, fully fenced natural wooded area where dogs can roam and enjoy being outside safely. John is very sensitive to a dog's needs and figured out easily that Rigby needed more space to feel comfortable. John was able to handle Rigby's odd behaviors and recognized much of it is likely due to anxiety. Rigby is a rescue who we've had since October so we are still figuring him out; he's almost 12 so we are the ones likely going to be making the adjustments versus him. Thanks to John's relaxed nature, we felt comfortable entrusting Rigby with him for overnight care. John provides quick responses and thoroughly takes notes to be prepared for his sessions with his dog guests. We will be returning for more visits in the future! Thank you, John!”
“Our senior dog was well taken care of at Nathan’s house for 3 weeks. Our dog can’t go up or down stairs anymore. His house has downstairs which can go straight out to the huge fenced backyard. It was perfect! Nathan works from home so he can keep eyes on dogs. Our dog was laying around under his desk and looked comfortable. Totally worry free! Nathan is so easy to communicate and sent us pictures every day. Highly recommended!”

“Alexa did a great job dealing with some challenges that we didn’t properly prepare her for. Our cats had unprecedented diarrhea and vomiting that began just as we left, and Alexa gave us updates on their condition and was ready to take them to the vet if they didn’t approve (thankfully they did!). Additionally, our furnace shut off for some reason and Alexa communicated with us that the house was quite cold. She came everyday and scooped the cats litter and changed their pee pads, even though we forgot to tell her where the garbage bags were. Thank you!”

Over the last 10+ years, my family and I have had three Golden Retrievers and two cats, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. My most recent Golden, Bear, sadly passed away from cancer at only six years old. My unit is on the first floor and directly across the walking path from a large grassy area, which makes quick potty breaks especially easy in the mornings, evenings, or before bed. They will be cared for exclusively by me and my boyfriend, who is also a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs. He helped care for my Golden Retriever, Bear, throughout his six years of life and also helped care for my senior Golden during the final four years of his life after he became blind. He is incredibly gentle with animals and is usually the first person to get down on the floor for some cuddles and relaxation. ❤️ My home is secure and pet-friendly, and being on the first floor makes coming and going especially convenient for dogs of all ages. In the summer, I have air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep pets comfortable, and in the winter my home stays warm and cozy with heat and an electric fireplace. About: Our dog Sugar passed away in May 2026 after we had her for 13.5 years. She was our constant companion and now we miss the pitter patter of feet in the house. We're not ready to adopt a dog yet, but we would love to watch dogs for others to bring some life back to our home and to have the chance to spoil a little furry baby again. We took great care of Sugar when we had her. We gave her the best diets as her body changed, brushed her teeth daily, took her on 1-2 walks a day, and brought her on car rides which were her favorite. We gained a lot of experience taking care of her, especially as she aged. We've watched friends' dogs many times and also fostered one pup. We would love to watch yours and give them all the cuddles! We both work from home everyday and always take a walk after lunch if the weather is good. We have a fenced yard where we can let your dog out to potty and sniff all the good smells. Our house has very easy access to the outside with no kid or pets. Dogs can go anywhere in the house and on the furniture if they like that. We can also put up a wall to prevent them from going up the stairs if you prefer. My default is to give updates daily about how they're doing, eating, and pooping, but if you need more or less than that, I can accommodate!

I live in a pet-friendly building and my apartment is t located in the heart of downtown Bellevue and just steps away from Bellevue Park, where your fur baby and I will go on walks throughout the day, additionally my building has a couple of areas that are dedicated for dogs, one is a large terrace to roam free and the other is a more enclosed area for quicker potty breaks.

About: I've had pets as long as I can remember. I have a love for animals and love taking care of them. I have experience with many different kinds of dogs and cats and have no issues in being able to catr if either or both. I've had experience with diabetic cats and older pets too. I'm currently in college so I can be busy during the weekday mornings but other then that I take care of my 2 cats at home every day, and have plenty of time to assist with others pets. I only have a cat at home who doesn't go outside, but I have dealt with large dogs on walks and am a fairly strong man, so I'll have no issues handling a couple medium sized dogs either. I'm no stranger to rough play but also love a warm gentle cuddle while reading a book or scrolling.
